The two axle 6'x12' trailer did not have a crank mechanism to raise or lower the front of the unit. It took all of both of our strengths to lift the trailer to attach it to the car.Robert G.

Trim the trees around the West entrance to the place so you don't have to drive on the grass to avoid getting the truck scratched. Also have the trucks returned full of gas, having to return with only a quarter take makes you have to get gas twice and it allows condensation to build in the tank when not in use.Paul K.

I called the 1-800 number and the lady on the phone said there was no equipment as the one I needed in my area, she said the system only allowed her to search within 5 miles from my zip code, I explain to her that I already located a trailer on my own and I new where it was and I only was calling to reserve it to make sure it will still be there by the time I arrived, even though I told her exactly where it was she said she couldn't do it, either change your system to make the search wider or inprove customer service.Noe G.

We did not go inside. They met us outside. This location does not speak very understandable english. The address does not work correctly with Google maps (it does not take you thru town-when coming from the west- and has you turn on a country road and it is not that direction at all).CANDY C.

The lady who ran the U-Haul Department did not know how to use complete my rental I had to do most of the work on the computer myself along with help with a third party on the computer. When I called for my reservation I was told a different amount come to find out I had to reserve online was there an hour and a half just to rent a trailer one of many bad experiences I've had with U-Haul too bad there wasn't any other competitors cuz I would never return there again.kristin E.

If the vehicle type requested is not available, and the customer is being upgraded (as I was upgraded from a van to a truck), the customer should be aware of this and have the right of refusal. I appreciate that the cost for the vehicle was the same, but I requested a van, and that is what I expected. Thank you.Melanie A.

This guys was terrible. He must have called me 8 times on Saturday asking what time I was going to return the truck. I paid for 24 hour rental. I thought we would be done on Saturday but my mother fell and we had to bring her to the ER. I told him that on one of the calls. He still continued to call. I had to drive extra miles and use gas to drop off to a different location. How is this customer friendly? Why is it the customers job to drop off in a location that is convenient for U-Haul?I arrived early on Sunday morning and I was there at least 30 min. His office was very hot I had to go outside I almost passed out. He had trouble cashing me out. I was charged three times on my debit card and then had reversals. I received 3 overdrafts charges totaling $90 on my account. This is the second bad experience I have had in a 3 week period with U-Haul.Sharon B.

They hadn't inspected the trailer before I arrived and it had big gashes in the side walls of both tires on the right side. The woman just keep saying it was fine and call the 800 # if I had problems. This facility needs to check in the equipment and have it prepared for the next customer.CONNIE P.
Great service. We had a tire on the trailer we rented go flat and within an hours time the national call service had found the nearest provider and they came in under 30 minutes, changed the tire and had us on our way.( on Memorial weekend no less.)TOM L.

This location was an hour & a half drive away from where I am located. There are 4 locations where I live. I requested a trailer well in advance of my pickup date. I had to pick it up a day early in order to load & drop it off a day early or get charged extra. Ruined my schedule.MICHAEL T.

The Mount Morris Motel location is, by far, the best location I've ever used. The staff is very courteous and the vehicles are always in great condition.James P.
Location was 20 miles from where made reservation to pick up trailer. Hitch very hard to set on ball. Asked for eamail notificaiton vice telephone call due to traveling. Was notified by email, but not until late morning of pickup, when we were already on road. Calls to my home number were made the night before, but could not get to home telephone to check messages. had to reenter reservation information when trying to get trailer and took ~10-15 minutes to complete checkin. Hook up of tailer was difficult.BRYAN P.
The address brings your 6 miles out of town the opposite way. I had to call them to get directions because the address wasn't right. Then when I got there the lady told me I was 1/2 gallon short of fuel. I explained the the issue of the address and she told me it wasn't her problem and that I owed her $3 for the 1/2 gallon. After arguing about the address I gave in and told her I would just pay the $3. We got inside and checked me in and asked for my $3, I told her I would pay credit . She explained I had pay cash and she couldn't accept credit. Nobody I was with had cash on them so I told her just to charge me the 4 something u-haul would charge. She couldn't go back and charge me so she continued to be rude and tell me it's not her problem and I somehow had to come up with $3. I simply told her arguing with me isn't going to put cash in my pocket and it's now her problem. I'm not sure if its uhauls fault for the address mishap or hers, but regardless the extra 12 miles I had to drive just to find the place caused the 1/2 gallon of fuel to be low. Next time I will do everything I can not to go back to that location.CHRISTOPHER K.

I had my first location changed at the last minute by UHaul which made the cost to us go up . If the pickup location changes by UHaul the customer should be notified Immediately. I was not notified until I contacted UHaul about the reservation, to make sure there were no changes. Glad I did that, not sure when I would of been contacted .DEBBIE D.

Despite making a reservation 70 days in advance of when I needed the truck, it was not available at the location closest to my home or any other in my hometown. I was sent 40 miles away to pickup the truck at this motel in a rural town.MARK C.
