Truck door did not close properly. Pick up process took over an hour of my paid for time and was not efficient. Truck kept shifting out of gear and losing traction. Dolly I paid for was not in the truck so I could not complete my move. An absolutely awful experience. Will never use Uhaul again.Courtney L.

Be punctual or be flexible. If you as a company are not punctual when delivering the product, they did not demand so much, eg it is 4 hours but it is delivered at 4:20, do not fine or charge the customer that extra. They have to be reciprocal, if you make me wait 2 hours after the agreed time to deliver the product when I go to return it, if it takes me 10 or 20 minutes, I do not think it is the right thing to charge me more, because those who failed first were you.Melannie J.

We went to two different locations trying to get out truck. The first location did not have our truck so we called uhaul, they sent us to another location. Since we were already 30 minutes passed our pick up time and very frustrated- our mileage was dropped to .29 cent a mile. That location also did not have our truck. The people at the location were very rude and would not help us. I called usual again- for the fourth time at this point and they said â€œyeah they have your truck, go back in and try againâ€ when I asked if the uhaul worker would talk to the people at the pickup location he said â€œno, but I will listen to what they sayâ€. We finally got our truck but was an an hour and a half late- we had hired movers and had to pay them an additional $150 due to needing them another hour since uhaul made us late. I then saw that uhaul charged me for two trucks. I called the uhaul number where I was talking to one worker about my two charges- she then transferred me to the last pickup location which said they couldn't help me and hung up. I had to call uhaul again and was then on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up and called back again and they said it isn't a charge from them and that the credit card company should reimburse me for the $41 on 5-7 days and to call back if they don't. They were no help at all.Taylor D.

The location was good. That wasn't my concern. My concern is how Uhaul sets up checking in and checking out a truck through the mobile service. It was so many questions and verifications needed, and then you can't continue if everything isn't done exactly correct.Derek W.

I got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Not sure how much gas I was going to use I filled it a bit past 1/2 tank. Turns out the truck was more fuel efficient than I thought. I returned the truck with 1/2 tank of gas. When I asked if I could get some type of credit for bringing it back with more gas than I left they said they can't credit me anything. They took no initiative to look into and fix the problem.Ali K.

Everything was perfect! Owners were very nice and accommodating. Really great grocery/general store they have there as well! Not like a typical run of the mill supermarket. Lots of unique items. Be sure to leave yourself some time to check it out. Discovered them due to the fact that the "other" rental place didn't have anything available. I'm SO glad they didn't and we found Mount Everest instead. Will definitely be going back.Charles V.
They put me in the wrong truck, the guy that was working didn't even pay attention to anything. He was rude I had to wait another 10-15 minutes because they had a truck blocking the uhaul trucks. It was an all and all bad experience with picking the truck up.julie S.

When we dropped off our truck, there was a bunch of garbage spread around the back side in a haphazard manner, which made parking the truck more challenging than it needed to be, as I had to manoeuvre around the garbage while fitting the truck in the parking space. I'd recommend trying to keep the garbage as neatly stacked as possible - maybe piled onto a single corner around the back - so that parking the UHaul trucks is easier. That being said, the ability to return the truck at 3 AM is invaluable, and I'm immensely grateful. Thank you so much for your time and help!VerÃ³nica B.

My truck was not ready for my pick up time. I was able to pick it up 2.5 hours late. The workers were very rude, and disorganized. There was another person who waited 2 hours for his truck and one canceled his reservation due to the truck not being ready and hired a mover to do the work the same day. Nothing was prepared for me, my furniture pads were brought out after I checked the truck and saw that they weren't in it even though i paid for them. Overall the location made me not want to use uhaul again for any reason. The fact that your company works with businesses like that shows that you aren't not paying enough attention to the customers.Stephen A.

gas tank wasn't full upon pick up, it was between a half and a quarter tank. so i had to guess how much gas i had to put back in. i filled up and yet was still charged now i have to call and dispute the additional charge. i believe they do not fill the tank for this for this exact reason.Shanna M.

The truck was in horrible shape! It was filthy from a prior customer and the mechanical shape of the truck was so poor it was terrifying to drive. Thank goodness my move was a short trip because the truck would have NEVER made it! The check engine light was one, several other lights came up on the dash, and the brakes barely worked. I couldn't even refill the tank because we didn't think it would even make it back to the drop-off location. I addressed it with Everest, as not to give it to another customer, but I'm not sure if they even cared. I would not recommend this service to anyone.Nikki F.

I included furniture pads with my reservation. When I got to the location I was informed that they were not on my order and therefore could not have them. I argued a little but decided that it was not worth the effort. When I dropped off the U-haul I asked if they could take the pads off of the bill and they said they would - when I later checked my receipt they had not taken the charge off. I won't be using this location again.David M.
