I don't feel there is really anything that needs improvement, with it being my first time renting a uhaul I expected it to be a long process especially trying to figure out how to use the app but the guy that check me in walked me through everything step by step and it was really a quick and easy process I will definitely be visiting this location again for all my uhaul needs

19.00 truck suddenly cost 190 bucks what a rip off, so unfair with you hidden charges.

This was one of the worst experiences I had in remote/mobile puckup of a rental. 1. Location was unsafe, broken glass, wortied for my rider/wife and car tires. 2. The checkin on mobile phone was a nightmare. When I would go through the pickup verification, the app would take me back to the sign in screen. Eventually the status changed to pickedup and I had no lock code. I called mobile pick up customer service and it took over 30 minutes to answer. Customer service took another 30 minutes to get me the lock code. I could not get the keys till 9:45. My movers got delayed by 1 hour and I had to pay them $100 extra for extra time. 3. I went to the Citgo gas station for help. The gas station guy said that the U-Hsul person comes next door after 10. The eebsite said person pickup is 9 am on. I went next door and the gate is locked and construction is going on. 4. Lock of truck luft gate would not open even with correct code. I messed by fingers trying to turn the combination lock. Mt fi gers are sore 24 hrs later. Same issue on return. I was unable to turn combination from code to lick it. Had to leave it on combination setting or cut my fingers trying to random turn it. 5. Will never do mobile pickup with U-Haul, especially since app process is crap. My wife tried with her IPhone and I tried with my Android/Samsung, same issue with either phone. That place is not safe for families. That was a dodge charger in the truck lot with rap music blaring. Please do something if UHaul would lime to be family friendly or during reservation mention ROUGH NEIGHHBORHOOD, not suitable for families....
