Glenn HThe cab looked like a drink had spilled in the cup holder and on the floor. Molding was separated in places. The cargo area looked clean, but there was a slippery substance on the deck. Front left tire was worn on the outside tread only. Check in and out was smooth.

Douglas RGuy at drop off was very friendly. My only issue was with “corporate “. I had to call 1800GOUHUAL to go back and forth about a false extra charge put on my credit card. Really annoying that U-Haul just decided to charge me an extra $65.28 for No REASON! Their error, and I had to catch it, I had to take time out of my day to call and sit on hold, then I had to point the over charges based on the contract that U-HAUL set up! It almost felt like a scam, let’s just auto charge this guy and see if he just pays it. I could care less about $65, it’s the principle of the matter. I followed the contract. The rules U-Haul set up, paid in full my bill, picked up and dropped off on agreed areas, and you guys try to bang me for false charges. U-Haul could have easily reached out to me to discuss to potential for additional charges. They had a rep call and bother me while moving to change my drop off location. Just overall not a great experience.

guy wNot switch pick up location 12 hours ahead if puck up date. I had car rental set up near original location caused problems being 40 mins apart. Morton electric was great no problem with him.

Michael SThe location was perfectly fine… but the mobile check in is a ridiculous system & took over an hour to verify No where on the app or in instructions prior to picking up was there an explanation of how tedious & invasive that would be I wouldn’t have waited until I was sitting in front of the location to start the process They needed to called 4 separate individuals a Sunday They wanted to call my employer Are you kidding me ?!

I had to call to request a different drop off location and ended up being late to my appointment because of having to find this new location and also process a drop off without a representative

steve cI made reservation directly with this location months in advance. The local office canceled those reservations and booked it to someone else. Not exceptable!!! To the credit of the location manager, my original, reservations was reinstated.
