Dirt y windshield. Got charged for 3 days. Only used truck for 46 hours. Refund was applied. Interesting situation as site is closed Saturday and Sunday. Ideal for one-way rentals I guess but not for weekend movers. 15ft truck got decent MPG. Perhaps when returning truck, take a pic with a time stamp. All in all a good move.Mark S.
No one available to properly hook up trailer. Customer should not be responsible for securing a trailer to a hitch. Heavy lifting can cause a health risk and should be taken into account.daniel B.

Morgan Collision was excellent. The owner came when the shop was closed to help me because U-Hauls mobile pickup is a joke. The mobile pickup did not work, and I wouldn't have been able to get the truck without Morgan Collisions assistance. Uhaul needs to update its mobile pickup as it does not work. Uhaul customer service Debbie was unhelpful and rude when called for assistance. Morgan Collision was great!Amy E.

Had a reservation for a different location and showed up and the trailer was not available. Found another trailer at this location and when I showed up, trailer was ready and I was asked if I needed help hooking it up and I responded that I did not as i have used trailers most my life. After connecting the trailer myself (which is no problem) I stood up and the attendant was gone. No help in checking the lights or safety check. It was cold out sure... but unprofessional. Most disappointing rental from U-Haul for me out of many.Scott B.

The self checkin service through U-Haul was not user friendly in that it would not work through Safari on my phone and I needed to download the app but then when downloading the app it wouldn't let me sign in and my account wouldn't work.Brianna G.

Since this location is normally closed for most of the weekend, there should be an email address tied to this location in order to send proof that a trailer or rental vehicle was dropped off on time. I dropped off the rental after they were closed for the weekend. Later, I found out part of my order came up as â€˜not yet returned,' and the staff at this drop off location made sure part of my order was correctly marked as â€œreturned.â€David T.

We rented a 6 x 12 trailer and drove it about 1200 miles. One of the tires was almost smooth. We felt that could of been dangerous if we would of just hit something on the road. Should of probably been replaced before we drove that far.Sharla V.

We reserved a truck in SIOUX CITY 3 weeks before our move. I am called 1 day before our pick up and am informed the truck needs to be picked up in Sheldon, IA one hour away!!!!! Needless to say we where NOT HAPPY. Then I get home and we were charged TWICE!! Long story but again NOT HAPPY!!!! Then my husband accidentally locked the Key in the truck. We purchased roadside assistance so I called the number. The agent said LOCKOUTS WERE NOT COVERED!!! YOU BETTER READ YOUR WEBSITE!!!! WE WANT REIMBURSEMENT AS WE PAID FOR THIS OURSELVES. WE NEED CORPORATE OFFICE TO COVER US ASAP!!!Connie F.

I delivered the truck on Sunday when they weren't open. I called 888.793.5001 before I delivered the truck to verify everything. I explained the air conditioning didn't work for my trip and he said "oh sorry" and didn't seem to give a shit. He texted me a link to take pictures of the mileage, fuel level and appliance dolly and blankets. When I got to the location to drop the truck, the link didn't work. I called the number again and talked to a gal who help be try a couple things without success. She said she would make a note in my record so I wouldn't be charged the $20 fee. With current Uhaul company-wide processes, the size one needs may not be at smaller rural locations when needed. However, the company and location was flexible with us when our original move date fell through and ended up working in our favor that the size we needed became available at our preferred pick up. Otherwise we could have been driving 50+ miles to pick up our desired size.Kara T.

Was supposed to pick up truck in Sioux Falls, I called to to say I would be few minutes late and was told no truck was available. Someone should have called me. Took the option to pick up truck in Sheldon Iowa. Created an account to self checkout. Instructions were for a key lockbox on the truck with alphabet code, there was no lockbox on truck and lockbox on building had a numeric code. Tried the toll free number and was placed on hold with no one picking up. Tried chat feature and no response. Finally someone from the location showed up, called a number and got the code. Lost over two hours and then had to rent an additional trailer from Sioux Falls because of the delay. Called into the office in Sioux Falls on Monday August 12 to ask for the trailer cost to be refunded. Manager would not call back, just a Customer Service representative stating $50 would be refunded, nothing more. I am requesting the total cost of the trailer, $104 plus tax, be refunded.SOHL K.

Took longer than what online Uhaul says it would. Also was charged more, even after paying online ahead of picking up. Had to ask to have trailer hooked up, even though I have a separated shoulder.Shawn M.

A notice that tells me when the store isn't going to be open. One of the websites said it would be, but every time I drop off here they're closed. The parking area is dumpy, also. It has random semis or other cars parked there each time I've driven past it. Love U-Haul! Just want to see this location perked up a bit.Benjamin C.
Blase and matter of fact. Attempted to intimidate with threats of "additional deposit" requirements but would then converse among themselves and ultimately decide none was required. Borderline scam artists. I did not want to know their names.John C.
