Richard CrainThe app spins at almost every step. Restarts arbitrarily. Took 45 minutes to get the truck, 10 min+ to drop off before I gave up and just left the key in an unsecured mailbox where anybody could have stolen the truck. It's not "a few minutes", it's buggy and poor. Silver lining, the customer service people are very well trained and helpful.

Without the workers I would have been completely stressed and without a truck for hours!

Jennifer MullerSelf-checkout took 3 calls to Customer Support and almost an hour. Code to the lock had to be retrieved via phone. Even opening the lock took another call to get "special" instructions to wiggle, then pull before turning the latch. Self-return also required yet another call to Customer Support. Not doing this again. Stick with humans, your IT systems are not ready for prime time.

When arrived at the dropoff site, viewed the short tutorial video in the app for dropoff instructions which was very helpful. The process was easier than I anticipated and very convenient.

Tina SaylorI placed a reservation at your 66th St. location for December 2. When I got there, they had the reservation in the system for a different day. This started a fiasco that cost me several hours of my time and I was significantly inconvenienced. I was less than pleased. I ended up at this location and everything went well once I got there. That hardly makes up for the mess caused by the mixup on my reservation originally placed Not happy!

Then, was rerouted do to unavailable vehicle to a location 5 miles away which added 10 miles to my bill!! I'm not happy with that at .79 per mile
