I'd recommend this location if you're in a pinch and really need a rental and have nowhere to turn. The trucks condition was subpar, the interior was disgusting and gross. While driving, the engine felt like it was about to blow up. But those are all things you expect from a rental. The bothersome part was that I used the truck for 41 miles, after I was done I filled up 4.5 gallons or $15 worth. The needle was now where it was when I Rented the truck. Do the math, that's $3.33/gallon. After I returned the truck I received an email with the invoice and I was charged $20 for gas, or 4 gallons worth, aka $5/gallon. What kind of rip off is this?

I had an 8 am reservation. The location was not open at 8 am and I had to wait until 8:20 for the shop to open, The truck was not clean. The cab had dirt on the floor boards and the cab had clearly not been cleaned. I received no direction on how to operate the vehicle.

The van I rented had a crack across the entire windshield. That didn't exactly make me feel good about driving it. The owner said it was hard to get someone to fix things lately. I do believe that is a really important item to have in good condition! Also, the light went on to alert you that the rear tire needed air. Again, the owner said it was a sensor that wasn't working and that the air was fine. Didn't know this until I returned. The location is convenient and I would give him another try. I know now more questions to ask.

My pickup location was changed but no attempt was made to contact me. I requested counter pickup but was directed to a location that only had self-serve. The online checkout process didn't work and an IT specialist had to make backend changes to allow me to access the truck. The moving blankets I paid for were not in the vehicle. A truly bad customer experience all around.

There was an issue with the app. It had trouble recognizing my driver's license, and took a long time to accept it. I didn't get my rental until 20 to 30 minutes past the time that I ordered it.

Front window had a huge crack. If I didn't really have to move something yesterday I certainly would not have used this van. Very dangerous. Also if I have to use an app to get the van why would I not use the app to return the van. Following a link in an email is just very confusing.

Replace the locks on the lock box with omes that are easier to use. The one I used was difficult to open. Had to ask for help. Even the person that helped me had a bit of trouble opening it.

U-Haul has to make sure they are providing the location with the materials they need to assist the clients. We ordered extra blankets and U-Haul shorted the request. They are also not providing the location with other equipment requested, like hand trucks, etc. But the location was perfect for our pick-up and drop-off. The owner was very helpful.

You switched my pickup location and charged me over two hundred dollars more. Your customer service is the worst! The trailer had defective lights and wires exposed that was obviously the problem. Never again will I rent from Uhaul.

The truck I requested (15 foot) was not at location at the time of pick up and never came that day, I had to rent a smaller truck (10foot) which created quite a hassle when loading the items I moved. I am not pleased with U-Haul as this is my 2nd time having an issue with U-Haul trucks

I checked in online the Night before but They told me without the app it would not take so I had to spend another 15 minutes doing it a second time. It was here that the insurance was added without my consent. I feel U-Haul violated my contract and it took another lengthy call to get that removed. This is the first time I have been disappointed in my Uhaul experience.

My problem was not with the site but with your app. I completed the checkin process early. Upon arriving at the pickup location, I completed the remaining steps and your systems were processing for more than 10 minutes. Fortunately, the area manager was at the site and was able to complete the process for me, but it was cumbersome, inefficient, and slow. I want to be clear that it was your systems that were the problem. The area manager, Antejuan, was great.
