Everything from picking up the U-Haul to the customers service to getting charged wrong. I would never recommend or use U-Haul again.

Truck was not aligned, fought with it all the time because it was pulling to the left. It made a whinnying noise almost uninterrupted for one day. My experience with UHaul trucks is that they are always filthy. I would have gone with a different company however they were all booked

Easy drop off. Only thing was that I could've used help getting the trailer detached since it was heavy and it doesn't have a tongue jack... But regardless, the employees were nice.

They were not on time i was supposed to pick it up at 9 am and they were late for 2 hours and they don't know how to put the tow dolly to carry my car that people don't know how to install it is the worst experience. I had an incident at the road and i called costumer service and the girl was so rude and for all this situation being late with the truck they never gave me a 50 dlls off what Diana from costumers service said i was going to get i wouldn't recommend it no more i was so disgusted with all this experience; and the guy named Carlos that works in Mcallen location in. 400 W.Nolana the place is called Palacios that guy is a stupid i don't understand how he works there very disrecpecful and no cortesy at all i will never rent again from Mcallen area

Although the location (King lube & tine) and personnel were great,. I was not satisfied with UHaul's system & ease of rental . I submitted all my information prior to rental,.. and it took way too long to get the equipment & ‘be on my way' — for price I paid,.. I do not feel I got ‘the bang for my buck' - Dissatisfied with Uhaul !

I had poor customer service from the woman at the counter. She sold me an insurance I didn't want and claimed I could get it taken care of upon drop off and that was a lie. She didn't help with the equipment which I had no idea what to do ow how to use it. Pick another location if you can.

since person in charge of the uhaul rentals was not there they gave us the keys and said take it. the dolly that i paid for was not in the truck and no one knew anything.

As in today I still have a hold on my bank account of $53.74 dollars that has generated too much problems in my budget, and cause me a $70 dollars lost for two NFS fees that my bank has charged me for the unbalance that this transaction created in my account!!

The hitch was rusty and we went 2 blocks and the hitch came off of the ball. Someone needs to maintain these hitches when they come in... Check to see if they are rusty. A little WD 40 would help. There was no one that checked to see if the hitch was hooked up properly before we drove off. It could of been a terrible accident.

Poor, really poor experience. I made my reservation on line for Saturday at 1:00pm, the time on my reservation was for Saturday 1:00pm-6:00pm. When I got the rental office it was 2:30pm, I was told that I had to wait until 3:00 pm for the receptionist because she was out to lunch, or comeback at 3:00 pm. When I got back at 3:00pm, the lady pull some information from when I rented a uhaul in 2014 and asking me where I was moving, I had to explain her what I was moving it was furniture and belongings inside my house. After she finally got what I was going, she gave me a balance of $135.00 dollars, when in my reservation was made for less than that, the reason was "you have to pay for an extra day because we close at 5:00pm", I told her that was not what I reserve the truck for, then she review it and gave me an estimate of $80.00 pls dollars. Also that they were close on Sunday's so I had to return the vehicle at 8:00 am in the morning the following Monday. After we both agree that the charges will be $80.00 dls, I took the moving truck. I returned at 8:00 am Monday morning, one of the workers told me I receive the truck, the office opens at 10:00am. He check the truck gas level and the milage, which it was less than half of what was estimated at the time that I took the vehicle. Then I get an email with charges of $108.36, and the truck check in at 1:27pm, five and half hours later that when I dropped the vehicle. As a consumer and client of uhaul, I'm very disappointed. It is a poor way to do business.
