Wasn't happy that had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up and it put me behind schedule and cost me money since I was paying people to move my stuff into the Uhaul. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes with the 1-800 number for Uhaul and I kept getting put on hold and transferred to different people

The transaction was fine and the people were very friendly, but, the transaction took longer than it should have and I had to be somewhere else following the appointment and was a bit late. It was a good experience, but not excellent. No complaints other than that. Good experience.

Drop-off location was hard to find and access with the truck. We were a little late to turn in the truck, but we were not told we we would be charged a full day. We should have been warned before being charged automatically.

The socket mechanism to connect to the trailer was listed & stiff & seized up & would not open & drop onto the hitch on my car. Also there was no mechanism to raise or lower the front of the trailer making it difficult for a single mom to maneuver, I had to use the jack out of my car!. Otherwise it was fine !

The truck ran bad and was extremely hot in the cab. The truck also leaked and soaked some boxes and ruined a matress.

The truck had approximately 100,000 miles on it and could probably have used a tune-up. We used 11 gallons more gas than previous trips of the same distance and same size rental trucks. And new shocks. But it ran well otherwise and I would rent another U-Haul for future moves. Thank you.

I have used this location twice now. The first time was ok, this time on the other hand not so great. Told me they had a truck Saturday when they didnt. Go to get the truck Sunday. Once I get home to load my stuff, find out that the back of the truck hadn't been cleaned. Looked like they had moved live stock in the back cows/ horses cause there was mud and dirt on everything. Which put me back 2 hours after cleaning it out. Not a happy camper right now with uhaul!!!

Allow plenty of time to pick it up and make sure you get everything you ordered. I had ordered a dolly, but did not get it. I still had to pay for it even though I called and told them I did not get it. They wanted me to make another trip to get it. I did not have time to come back to get it. I was busy trying to move!

Make sure the inside of the windshield is clean. Other than that the ride was smooth. The gas mileage was good. I missed power windows, cruise control, power seat and power locks.

This is an overall comment. I rented two trucks last week, one on Monday and one on Saturday. I was moving my mom's furniture. The trucks worked great and I had a good experience each time. I will recommend U-Haul to others.

They set up my hitch but didn't do it properly! So it came undone as we were driving and nearly caused a wreck. In addition, brake lights and turn signals were not working which got us pulled over twice! Worst rental experience ever! Nearly got us KILLED!!!!!!'

The AC did not work after a while. The clerk stopped waiting on me to help other customers with tomato plants. Terrible experience.

Your Montgomery farm and garden Uhaul dealer needs to give people the proper information about U-Haul rates. He told us that we would be charged on a one-way rental 79 cents per mile for the actual mileage. When we arrived at the drop-off point, we were informed that one way rentals do not go by actual mileage or get any credit for miles not used. Your Montgomery dealer is giving bad information . The second thing your Montgomery dealer did is charged us for insurance $42 plus tax. He had us sign a sheet stating that we were going to carry our own insurance which was fine because we did not want to buy extra insurance. I brought this overcharge to his attention and he refused to give us an immediate credit. He told us to get our credit/refund at the drop off location when we get our mileage refund for miles not used. This dealer is not a professional dealer at all. He took an hour and a half to get us going because he has an old poor computer system and I cannot recommend him to you or to anybody. P . lease only use informed educated dealers to assist. This dealer from Berea is the worst uhaul dealer I've ever met in my life. If you have any questions please give me a call 330-464-6789. Thank you very much.
