No one there. Not clean, no where to park.

JENNIFER FWhat out for the potholes large enough to high center most cars. The return box is on the north side of the fence before you get to the office. We had to look for it since another unit was parked in front of the drop box
Roy RNeed better location to drop off the rental. Need better signs on where to park the rental. The place looks like a junkyard. It was hard to fine.

LISLE FTo date have not received receipt // When I returned the trailer the teller was not going to look at it, he expected me to just leave it and I would not have anything to show returned it on time, again still don't have receipt // additionally he wanted me to back the trailer straight into a spot with large hole that kept trailer from going straight, had to ask for help to push trailer into position he wanted // because of large holes in yard it took both of us // Never said hi/good bye or anything just picked up the blankets and walked into the office so I left
Dennis AThey said they couldn’t reverse the charge for the blankets I didn’t receive, and said the lady who rented us the truck must have been sketchy because she did several things wrong.

Shawn TPut the vehicle where it can be accessed and only refer contractors on uhauls site that can be trusted and are honest. I will be sending an email to uhaul about my experience and I have rented uhaul many times with moves across the country but after this one I will rent from a competitor. I was EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL AND THE CONTRACTORS THAT WERE HIRED AND GIVEN TO ME FOR THE LOADING OF THE TRUCK!
John HI had a hard time finding the office. The trucks are parked in the alley and you can't see them from the office. On return I left the truck in the alley and the keys in the mail slot in office door. I walked to the major street closest to the office and saw a small sign that had U-Haul returns and an arrow. The sign needs to be bigger and viewable from both directions of the major street closest to the office.
