The uhaul was dirty and not well maintained. I ended up cleaning it and topping up the fluids and I still was charged a cleaning fee.

If you enter only the address like the agent in Victoria said, it will drive you to 15 minutes away, in the middle of nowhere... You have to put "MONTEREY PARK" on google map and not the address only. We tried to call the place as we were lost and no one answered the phone. There is no sign, a sign at the beginning of the dirty road would be helpful and avoid stress...

I was sent to 3 different locations before i got the trailer that i had booked online that had a confirmation number and location address. Your online booking system is not reliable. Wasted my half day before i got the trailer.

the pick up/drop off location was fine, but my over all uhaul experience was awful. i will never use uhaul again unless im absolutely desperate. it had nothing to do with the locations i just believe uhaul’s system is flawed.

Paperworks was done easily, quickly... the lady was friendly and lovely 😍 .service is very good. Basically you don't need to do anything to improve 🙂. Thank you for your service.

The office opened 15 minutes late. I was supposed to pick up the truck at nine in the morning, but the office did not open until quarter after nine o'clock and then 25 minutes I picked up the truck,,,, then it turned out that the fuel gauge did not match the stetment reading, which I paid $25 more for the gas & the lady realized her mistake & sent me an apology email.

I dropped off truck 1 day early left key in box she called me on 12 to tell me they where dealing with return. My card was charged extra miles it was so easy..

This drop off was far away from where we were and kinda in the middle of no where - just made us a little nervous to just leave the truck there but it was ok in the end. We did ask for a SE location for the drop off.
