Chrydtal JDrop off was 21 miles from destination, took 30 minutes to drive there resulting in being 6 miles over my allotted mileage. According to your app this was supposedly the closest drop off destination but we saw several dealer lots going to this destination.

Lakeisha SMore than one ignition key fit the vehicle that I had rented and I was given the wrong key. Later that day I had to meet the owner to switch keys out. I would recommend if an ignition gets to the point where more than one key fits to replace the ignition. This would not only prevent incidents like this from occurring but also theft. With that being said the owner Dave was exceptional in customer service and accommodating in working with me in my needs of the uhaul.

Jamie TDavie was friendly. We had a few issues with our reservation but we worked them out. We had reserved the truck for 24 hours because we didn't know how long it was going to take us. Upon returning the truck we were charged $20 gas charge. Yes, the owner told us to return on a 1/2 tank however, it wasn't a 1/2 tank when we got it. It was under the line. When we put gas in the truck, it was back at the line, if not a little more. Throughout my years of reserving trucks, I've NEVER, that I can recall been charged for the gas. I always put it back were it was to avoid that fee. So we had put $15 in the tank and was charged another $20 on top of that. Also I've never had the owner return a truck for me. I always handle that when I return it but I did not get the chance to do that. I am thankful that I took pictures before to have a documentation. Other than that, we had a good experience at this location.

Shanda WThe guy that runs this office was very rude threaten to take out a warrant that the truck was not returned in a timely fashion, which we were returning the truck once we finished moving, but he was being very nasty, threatening to involve the law. I’ll because of someone else’s screwup.

Christopher CStandard cleaning fee ridiculous. Nothing was left behind.Nothing was eaten. Literally drove from a to b replaced gas and dropped it back off by 5 which they stated it would be open. They were not. Truck felt like it needed some alignment work.
Patrica NI rented a truck from Louisville ky on Berry blvd March 24 2023 and the first truck was broke. When I tried to turn it on it would not start when I finally got it started I took it back. The man David did not want to give me a new truck he said if it break down in the middle of moving he will send somebody to come get me. Well I thought that was going to be inconvenient, so I had to argue with him to get a new truck. Finally he gave me a new truck. Because you f the late start I had to keep the truck a little later in which I was going to pay. Again the truck was due back at 9 am March 25 2023 , however I didn’t get the new truck until 100pm, however do you know David report my truck stolen after 1200pm March 25 2023. I did not even have the truck for 24 Hr. Worse experience I ever had in my life. I will never I mean never rent from Uhal never again . My friends nd my big family nor anyone they know will never rent from this evil corporation again. Please just go to another truck company these people are evil. I call the customer service they tried to take the report off , but they couldn’t get in touch with the manager. Terrible experience. Please don’t rent from them.
Wanda HGreat guy in the office there and took good care of me. Although, he was not accurate with the amount of fuel in the truck and that cost me over $26 at return. The truck threw a belt on the last leg of my journey and I lost power steering as well as most of the brakes. I barely made it, but did end the end.
