Great customer service
William AWhen returning the truck. It was 35 minutes from my home. There is a uhaul just 5 minutes from my home. More options for return locations would be easier to return truck.

Kyle CThe place was closed on Sunday at q0 am and could not return it to a person as I was instructed too and wasn't sure what to do or who to call and if I should just leave it there or what. Did finally see a place for uhaul key drop box so just did it that way but would of been great to know they were not going to be open and would not have wasted my time waiting around for uhaul for 2 days .

Samuel HReturned after closing. (they were not open on Saturday at all!) So did not interact with anyone. the Return feature on the web site, was pretty easy to use. We left it in an area where they should find it
TAMMY MI picked up the truck, paid for the insurance, drove 40 miles to pick up my load and it wasn’t ready as I had been informed. I drove straight back, filled the gas tank to the level as found, parked the truck where I picked it up, I didn’t haul anything. One would think that a provider of services to the public such as this, specially in a location with a sparse population as this, would have a provision to allow some sort of credit to the customer. I will use the services again but it was and will be a less enjoyable experience.

sam mHave the u haul where it was supposed to be picked up in the first place. The uhaul was not where I reserved it. Not happy with the uhaul reservation system at all. This was no fault of the place where I picked it up at which is why I gave them an excellent review. Uhaul itself needs an overhaul.
Pria MThe airbag light was on when we picked it up and twe had to use mobile pickup because the place we got it from was close then we were ask to return the truck before our 24 hours so we did not get to haul out the 2 loads that we needed.

TALMAGE EWe were supposed to pick up in New Martinsville WV. We ended up using extra time we didn’t have to pick it up in Woodsfield. But the people were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the extra day so we could pick it up a day early.

Kimberly F20’ box and carhauler worked great. Lots of power and great ride. The pickup site was ready and took great care of me. Delivery station was great as well and closed me out quickly.
