Michelle SPerson handling the rental was not focused on processing my reservation. Was distracted by a few other things going on around them which made me feel that my business there was not a priority. Took a bit longer than it should have.
Joan JOne windshield wiper was falling apart and on a 367 mile trip in the rain it made it very stressful and difficult. Those items should be checked before rental.

John BI will never rent from uhaul again. I was moving out of my auto repair shop so I rented a uhaul to move everything. After renting the equipment (truck+trailer) I realized I needed an extension. So I told the guy at the uhaul place that it's going to be extended. Well because it was 9pm(after hours) and I couldn't get to a place to load money on my card. He ends up reporting the equipment stolen and came and towed the uhaul that was full of all my shop tools and equipment I had. He refused to let me use another uhaul that I rented from another place to move my stuff into and out the truck u towed away. After this he has the truck for over a week before I made aggarments to get my things out of the truck I get $811 charge on my card for the days the truck sat on his lot with my belongings in there. There was no reason for him to tow the truck with my stuff in there. Dude was hella rude and just a straight prick for what hes done. Not only I had to pay even more money to get to borrow a truck and trailer from someone I miss out on a few jobs cause all my tools were locked and blocked in this uhaul that should've never been towed in the first place

David DCheck ID instead of writing a contract based off of a phone number. Husband’s old phone number was used, but instead of verifying information/checking ID, the rental contract was put in using my husband’s information instead of the correct information for the new owner of the phone number. This constitutes as identity fraud!
Ronald POwner/ proprietor was very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I have rented equipment from him specifically and will chose his location should I require future services!

JOHN DOnly issue occurred after leaving due to a dashboard message constantly repeating "check trailer left & right turn signal lights and break light" . I therefore drove my SUV to Mercedes in Wilmington, asked them why. They had never seen those messages I showed them but they erased them. Left, stopped for gas, turned car off & later on, message did not come back so far.

ROMAN MFront drivers side tire was extremely low on pressure, side wall of tire was bulging out and close to ground. Not easy to find working air pump station. Eventually did and inflated tire enough to make 200 mile trip. No other issues with truck.

Kimberly PI already sent a request to Uhaul about my issue and have no reply yet. I was told veh gas was full. I drove only 9 miles to pick up a piece of furniture. As requested, I filled up gas before returning veh and cost me over $15.00 and approx. 5 gallons!! Also sliding door would not work but was not needed and veh smelled very smokey. Please have someone contact me about the gas issue. Thanks.

Henry TThe passenger seat had so much dog hair on it that my husband had to put a plastic covering/barrier over the seat and I had to ride around like that for a week. When I spoke with the worker about it, he was not the least bit concerned. The truck was nasty and not been cleaned at all. We found a hair brush and trash in the truck. I never want to rent from this place again. This was my second time, the first was the same except for the dog hair.
John SStore office a thrift store. The gravel parking lot had a lot of divots and potholes, especially the entrance. Lot attendant walked out to show where to park and helped lift hitch off truck. Quick and Easy!
Christopher HOffice was pretty helper shelter. Small dog and couple of sections full of stuff.
John LWasn't expecting a lot driving into the lot with an overcrowded rutted lot and check-in building that looked like a messy dump inside and out. Everything worked out fine though as the trailer was there and they helped me hook-up and check the tail lights. Returning was easy and hassle free and assisted by their worker. Facility and lot needs to be upgraded to get a better rating though.

Ronnie BI know my expectations shouldn't be too high, but the blankets we rented were wet and the truck would squeal the most high pitch sound. And not having cruise control was a bummer as well.

Ian HReturned the truck not only to find that my account was already charged. I had to explain to the manager about my situation from comment placed above about making changes to card that was on file, insurance fee being removed and how the pick location didn’t provide me with a damage walk around form or anything of the sort. Only thing the manager was able to tell was, call UHaul and talk to them personally. That’s who you can go to.

Michael BI've always rented from this location. This morning I called to see the availability of a small renal to just move a couch and was told there was plenty and to just show up layer. Unfortunately then there wasn't anything small and for something larger, I wasn't given the lower price which would have been the honorable thing to do. Just $10 more, but it also probably took more gas too. Anyhow... Not a deal breaker but definitely not treated as a valued return customer. Other than that, friendly enough.

William WStaff at Monkey Junction Sales and Rental were great and always have been during past rentals. Truck ran fine but there is a leak in the box portion on the passenger side that resulted in my daughter's mattress sustaining damage as it was raining on our trip to Charleston. Other than that, great rental and I highly recommend the folks at Monkey Junction Sales and Rental.
