Ron RBastrop Feed & Seed U-haul location stated that the 10' rental had not been returned and was unavailable. Despite being 2 other 10' on lot. The representative declined to provide any help or assistance and instructed us to call U-haul. The phone call with U-haul was very difficult as we were automatically transferred to a different region. We were finally given a reservation for a 10' at Monarch RV Storage in Bastrop TX. Monarch did not have a 10' but the owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. Communication with U-haul is very difficult at best and promises of hearing back from a manager concerning the broken guarantee never occurred. I had to make additional phone calls with several more unexpected transfers to finally got the $50 guaranteed reservation refund. What a mess. Will be looking elsewhere for truck rental for the non profit I run.

David CApparently this drop off location has a lot of issues with customers not being able to find it. That's what U-Haul's representative Monica stated. There might be an issue with Apple Maps plugging in the right address. I'd look into this if I were U-Haul but won't be surprised if it isn't because it allowed you all to charge me a late fee and additional mileage.

Possible Improvements: •The price per mile was very high. • I left 1/4 of a tank over what was in the gas tank when I picked it up. It seems there should be some sort of reimbursement for the cost of the gas comparable to the amount I would have paid if I had returned it less full than when I picked it up. Teresa Carmack
