Ms Vicky was very nice to work with. We reserved 2 dollies. At pickup, we learned there were no dollies available (stolen). At return, the gps location part of the return did not work and we lost some time trying to figure it out. Overall positive experience.

Everything was good except ... I couldn't get truck key from the lock box for 30 min or so, because box sliding door was jammed, and whoever placed the keys inside of key box positioned the humongous key chain the way it would block sliding door from being opened. I'm sure it wasn't done on purpose but experience was horrible!!! I could barely slide my fingers inside of the box and could not pull the keys out. so it took me a while, and it was 32 degrees or even colder. I called customer service, they were nice but could not find better solution than me heading to a different location to pick up keys and it would be more than 30 mi away, plus they offered me $50 credit which is nothing, first because I was about to pay u-haul close to $1300 for renting the truck to Florida and second movers were almost there and they would still charge me for the lost time. So I had to keep trying, so for another 10 min I was pulling the keychain until they unstuck. and they didn't give me any credit for my lost time and horrible experience! but the idea of self pickup is good and process if smooth except this idea of having huge key chain that can barely fit inside of the keys pickup box! Either make pick up boxed bigger or keychain smaller !!! And $50 would be the least you could offer for lost time and unpleasant experience! I ripped my skin off my fingers trying to get the keys!

Overall good experience, but the dash on the van I rented was dirty with crumbs and because the owner of rustic furniture is new at renting the uhaul it took a long wait time to get checked out and turned in. But, overall things went well.
