Tony & the rest of the staff were friendly & very helpful, they went out of their way & above & beyond my expectations to help me with my truck rental experience. The Facility layout & truck location however were not good as the parking lot was very small, & overcrowded with building tenant vehicles & other trucks. The parking lot was also almost completely covered in snow & ice, and very dangerous to walk on. I had to ask for assist in moving truck out of lot & onto street, to safely access the truck. Staff = four stars, facility & truck access = one star.

I scheduled my order online for fast pickup. It took one hour for the U-Haul representative to get my order placed and gave me a smaller truck when I requested the bigger size. I wasn’t going to wait another hour to change truck sizes. Because it took so long I lost 2 of my movers and the move took much longer than expected. I also had to do 2 trips with not having the size truck I wanted. And of course I was charged for the extra mileage that I had to take with taking 2 trips. What a joke. This stressed me out way more than it needed to.

When booking online, I chose a location close to me. I then received an email confirming a location that was 5 miles farther away. I was told it was because the previous customer did not return the truck in time. I'm not sure I should be the person to pick-up the cost of the extra 10 miles at .99/mile.

Our experience was awful. We were supposed to pick our truck up at 5pm, I did not drive my truck off the lot until 7pm. The place we originally booked at would not give my finance the truck that was reserved in both of our names. Customer service then made him a new reservation at another place. When we got to the new place the owner said we would have to wait 20 minutes because the guy wasn't there to rent us the truck. The whole situation was a mess and we were very unhappy. It added to the stress we already had from moving.

When I got to location, the truck wasn't even available until 4 hrs later, so booking online is very misleading because my understanding was that the truck is available to me right away!!! I drove around area to different location to find a truck because that's what I was told from previous u-haul store. It was very stressful process!

This location is a small grocery which was busy at the time we picked up the vehicle. There was only one person behind the counter and he was trying to care for everyone, but it was a challenge.

The facility at model market was awesome. I had gone to uhaul of Forest Park earlier, and the knucklehead at the counter couldn't even look up from his phone to help us. Then when we get his attention to get a truck he says the entire system is down and that I'd have to do everything myself on the app. That's when I saw that model market had the truck I needed. I waited there for almost two hours because your whole system was down. They were as accommodating as they could have been. It really messed up my whole moving day waiting and waiting. It was stressful to the max. I would probably use Penske or another moving service in the future if your system doesn't get an update.

The employee didn't go outside to check the gas and mileage before we left. The gas recorded on the sheet was incorrect; it was just at 3/4 tank, not over. After were used our truck we filled it to just over 3/4, then returned it. The employee recorded that we hadn't refilled the tank, then charged us. We showed him before/after photos of the mileage/gas tank. He refused to check again, and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do about it. We are very disappointed that our first experience with uhaul may be our last. We had planned on getting a truck again this weekend but will find an alternate solution. We spoke with customer service on the phone and are waiting on a response.

The personnel there did not know what they were doing. The keys where not there by 10am, my pickup time. When they showed up, they were late. The guy didn't know how to use his computer. They charged me twice. He made lots of mistake like inputting my information when he had my driver's license and my credit card. He completely put a different name in. When he went to cancel my information, he didnt know where the cancel reservation button was located on the screen. I had to go behind the counter to do it. He told me not to tell him how to do his job. Which clearly, he didn't know how. I was there for 1 hour and left. I was able to call the 1-800 number and they did everything in less than 5 min. All the guy did was print my receipt and i sign it. They are incompetent the entire time. Never again.

The location is in a not so good neighborhood, however the person we dealt with was great, he was respectful, nice, overall the service was great and I would definitely rent from then again. Thank You, Kathy Felter

It was an Extremely convenient location, (mini-mart), store worker assisted me right away, but location was very busy with store customers.

I placed my order for a 10 ft box truck to be picked up at 8 am. I did not receive the truck until 9:15 - 9:30 am. The uhaul contractor/representative was late to his own shop and was rude. I will avoid this location at all cost.
