The lady at the front desk was so rude. I cannot believe the way she talked to me and literally cussed at me saying “I need to cover my ass too†absolutely disrespectful and they she had the nerve to give me an attitude when she purposely turned her back to me and asked me questions while the men were working on things very loudly. I am overall disrespected and will never go to this location or even recommend it. I would rather spend the extra money to go somewhere else than ever go back to this location. Get better employees, teach them how to be respectful, teach them customer service is important, and just do better.

Change pick up location, personnel didn't even bother to inspect truck before I picked it up. Roadside assistance had to come to my house when I was almost loaded ti replace 2 tires and fix a rear differential oil leak.

CRAIG B.Everything went great until I got my receipt when I returned the motorcycle trailer. They charged me an extra $20 dollars for inconvenience fee do to after hours return. I never returned it after hours. I went at 1230 on 09/30 the worker had advised me that the 2 owners were not currently there but that they will check in the trailer when they arrived. Now I have to call someone else instead of them dealing with their mistake.

MICHAEL K.Cleanliness was not a concern for this location. They said my truck would fit on the trailer and it did not. I had to go to a different location 20 miles away. The car hauler they gave my was given within paperwork or instructions from Ian the tech. I towed my truck not knowing you can't tow a rear wheel drive. It destroyed my transmission and I have a estimate of $2,300 to rebuild it. Uhaul will not help or even try to help with the issue. I will never use or recommend any of my family or friends to use uhaul ever again. Thanks for an expensive trip and no money to pay for it I'll be taking the bus.....

GLORIA B.The pickup location could be more lit when returning the truck after dark. Additionally, detailed instructions/directions are lacking for when picking up using the app. You have to rely on emails and app instructions, which you may miss. It would be beneficial to have a big, clear sign for customers when picking up when no attendant is in lot.
