we entered our info on the website but had to do it all again at the pick-up location.attendant was trying to be helpful,but was using a laptop and personal phone to do registration.for covid times the cab of the truck was dirty and we had to wipe down and disinfect to feel comfortable driving.whole pick-up process took over 1 hour when i expected to pick-up quicker due to pre-registering online.ROBERTL E.
