The location was awful, and it took over an hour to get the truck. The air conditioner did not work until we dropped the truck off the next day.; The person at the drop off implied we lied. About the air conditioner in 96-degree weather? Never will use Uhaul again!

Agree to and honor your contract with me. In the recorded 22-minute call, at the 19-minute mark, Uhaul representative offered 9-foot cargo van with 100-miles for $79, additional miles at $0.29. I was charged $99.99 for van and 100-miles and $0.39 per additional mileage. They breached the recorded contract and charged me 26.57% more for van and 34.48% more per mile. My estimated total costs per recorded and agreed upon contract equaled $101.04, however, I was charged $150.17 which is 48.62%more than agreed upon recorded contract.

absolutely Painfull.... First i booked a trailer on line to guarantee my price. Typed all of my info in, name/address/credit card/etc. driving to pick up my trailer and received a text to pick up my trailer at a different location 20 min in the opposite direction. so i turn around and proceed to the new location. While i am driving i call to confirm my trailer and the gentlemen tells me "yes" the trailer is here. when i get there he has no info on me no reservation etc. apparently i was suppose to go the original pick up place but now he does not want me to go there and says i have the trailer. so after 40 min of him trying to foul the system so i can get the trailer from him. i was over charged and he honestly had no idea what he was doing and blamed on the way Uhaul does stuff. I would take an act of GOD to have me rent from Uhaul again. Worst experience ever!

I had to clear the snow (from the night before) from the window... took a long time to check out the truck as it was errantly sent to middletown location... the attendant was nice and apologetic... it all just took time away that I didn’t have.

The interior of the box of the truck was so filthy that I had to spend an hour cleaning it before I felt somewhat comfortable putting my household goods in it. Even the ramp had slumps of mud/dirt frozen to it. Further, I reserved an appliance dolly, but the pick up location had none.
