What I think that they need to improve on is first the knowledge of the people working for you guys or them having people experience.... ad well as a way for then to take off stuff you paid money for that tho never got like a utility dolly I never ended up getting or the furniture pads. The guy showed up at 7:00am like we planned. He forgot the keys to the gas station and told me he had to go back home to get them. Told me 15-20 minutes and so we waited and it was an hour. Put our move back an hour. Very disappointing. Will not use this location again.Kim C.

We still didn't receive a final bill but you were quick to take the money out on the card. This I find unacceptable. This is not good business practices. For this reason I would not recommend yous to anyone at this timejanice C.

The equipment was acceptable however the internal processes were not consistent with my experiences at other locations. The check-in process was long and convoluted even though I had already completed it online prior to arriving. The beginning gas estimate was higher than actual and the check out process was also an adventure in moving. The employee was belligerent towards my wife (I wasn't there) when she provided pictures of the gas display as proof of lower than actual. Not a pleasant rental experience.CYNTHIA M.

I was to have received an invoice or receipt when I dropped off the truck. I have not yet received anything from U-Haul. Otherwise, a seamless drop off and the staff were very helpful in completing the check in.Richard A.
