Give me a full tank of gas when I pick up the truck. I received the truck with 3/16 gas - which was not an accurate measurement anyway since the gauge is not precise - and it barely got me 60 km's. I left Hamilton and had to get fuel in Mississauga. Also, have someone present when I pick the truck up. No one was there and I had no choice but to do a mobile pick up. I would prefer to speak to an agent when I arrive and not use my cellular data, plus I had questions I wanted to ask. My experience has been dreadful. I will never pick up from this location again. Knowing what I know now, I would rather rent from Penske, Ryder, Carter or others with my business account. I did not even receive the truck I reserved. The smaller truck I received did not complete the job!Roberto A.

Uhaul has tried to charge me twice for gas, after I already filled up the tank to the same level as when I took the truck. I don't see the purpose of you allowing someone to submit feedback on why they disagree with a charge if you are just going to disregard and charge the amount anyways. I am very unhappy with the customer service.Brittany H.

Not really enough space to comfortably fit cargo vans into parking spots. Staff at drop off could not complete closing, had to wait until next day. The staff the next day were very informative, and explained things clearly, but the insurance that I paid for did not cover damages incurred to the top of the van when I brushed by trees growing out over a street. Insurance should cover the entire vehicle, not just from the top of the cab down. Feels like a cash grab. What's the point of insurance, if not for the entire vehicle?BRUCEW W.

Advise us if not all of the â€œextrasâ€ were going to be with the truck. We ordered a furniture dolly but when I came to pick up the truck, they didn't have any dolly's. I had to call around and drive to another location to get one, costing me extra time and money for additional mileage.Donald S.

Was my time using the app to pickup my truck, i had some error but when i call customer support they were top notch and stayed with me on the phone untill my issue solved. The truck was super amazing, easy procedure, worth the money i paid. Overall U haul is a great experience and will always use their services. Many thanksSarmad A.

I don't know if the guy at the gas station even works for or is affiliated with Uhaul. When I asked where to drop off the truck he first replied "not here". He later clarified the truck needed to be parked at the back of the building and to put the key in the box. Now I have a $22.60 after hours service fee. My expectations were low and this company failed to meet even those. Unprofessional interactions, poor communication and logistical failures. I wish I used more social media so I had a wider audience to voice my displeasure.Owen H.
