Gas attendant takes a picture of your license and sends it to someone that's on the phone with them. You talk to this individual about the rental and confirm details and then they email you a contract. This gas attendant now has my personal information on his phone. I prefer going through the U-Haul main location.

I was asked to give full tank gas, but in reality the tank was not full when it was given. I just drove about 48 miles but in order to make the tank full i had to pay $18.50 where the gas price was $4.09/gallon. That means I almost gave more than 4.5 gallon which is practically impossible for 48 miles highway drive. Please di the needful.

This was a horrible Uhaul location. From the very start they were unprofessional. I reserved online for 630 pick up. Arrived at thr mobil gas station a little before 630 and no one was there. Gas station was dark. When he arrived He serviced all the gas customers and told me to wait. I RESERVED my uhaul van online uploaded my drivers license online like I was supposed to. He then told me he needed to see my drivers license. He proceeded to take pictures of the front and back of my license in WhatsApp abs send then to someone. When I asked he said he had to or I couldn't rent the uhaul. When I asked if I could leave my car at the gas station while K used the uhaul. I was driving not far only used it for an hour he told me $20 an hour for parking. I asked did he have moving blankets he said yes. He gave them to me. Never told me you rent them they weren't for keep. So then charged me for them. If he didn't know his job he shouldn't be doing this. When I got the uhaul i got it on full. When i retuned it it was on full. He insisted I get l gas at his gas station. When I asked he said I will be charged for it. So I got gas at his gas stationâ€" i should t have to get gas st his gas station i should be able to get it anywhere. When we filled it went over E and i was charged only $2 because like I said it was full. When I asked when I left for him to delete the pictures on WhatsApp he told me he already did. i asked for him to show me. They were clearly still in the app so he lied when he opened it. From start to finish this was a horrible experience and although convient it was more hassle abs stress then what it was worth. as a young wkman I felt harassed bullied and uncomfortable by the uhaul representative at the rental location . When I called customer service to report this situation and to ask for a refund due to the lack of professionalism the representative reached out to the area manager Mr. John. He would not get on the phone to speak to me or rectify the situation. He said he had to call the location first and get their side of the story before anything could be done. I asked for him to call me yesterday when I rented he never did. I escalated the situation to a corporate level let's see if anyone calls me back or responds. When I need to rent a van or truck I will go elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and care by uhaul and will let everyone know what a horrible experience I had.
