Heather RyderGuy at the gas station had no idea how to use the system. No one called me the day before to verify my location pickup. This location is horrible. Had to wait 10 mins for the manager to drive in to process the rental.
Aaron RothThe first location where I was suppose to pick up. One Stop Food Mart Palmdale, California is horrible. The didn’t have a truck for me, and told me the one truck they had, would have to be checked in. A guy in a wheelchair came in 15 mins later and check the vehicle in. So I asked the Clerk if she. Oils rent me the vehicle and she said No. i reserved a truck, and I also preregistered with my Drivers License and Credit Card information online. And no truck and bad customer service! Had to rent from a different location that was totally nice. Hope this help your survey. Thanks but no thanks!
Lafayette HudspethThere was trash in the front and back of the truck that I cleaned out at the location. My equipment, a dolly, was not in the truck and I had to go back in to get one. Even though I preregistered and paid online, the check-in took half an hour for some inexplicable reason.

Rudy Montanohope you get more store employees learn how to accept the vehicle return - cause when one returns a vehicle they take the key and write the name on the key and ask to keep the picture one takes of mileage and fuel - and only the next day they mark as the vehicle returned - this can make a high blood person to have a heart stroke while keep seeing in the app that he was not marked as vehicle returned - the store employees stating that is the app glitch - but whoever built the app - do you understand that your app does not work as soon as you start the return process with four steps?? the app glitches out literally on the first step with 5G connection or 300 mbs per second speed - which is super fast but you blame on connection when it is perfectly fine - come on! So long story short - store employees truly must be aware of how to mark a vehicle returned in their computer without blaming anything - just open the screen navigate to order and mark it as finished - thats it! - nope! one has to wait until next day for someone to come and mark the vehicle as returned - in other words no one knows how to do that but only one person - that is abnormal, insufficient and unhealthy to any person who has a high risk of dying due to being stressed like that - dude! high blood pressure people are no joke and should not be stressed over any possibility to be over charged for no reason -
CONSTANTINE FIGUEROA24/7 pickup wasn’t available. Rental pick up ended up being delayed by 90 minutes. Staff didn’t know how to process rental. Had to pay movers for time they did nothing as we had to wait for the rental. Tried to call customer service and had a 45 min hold time. Complete disappointment!
