I would just say that either in the app or somewhere on your business you should give directions to your lock box drop off location. Nobody expects it to be at the back of the business. Customers aren't typically walking to the back of businesses and frankly it's not safe when it's after hours. We had to do a complete 360 around your building to find the orange box for the key because you had no signs telling us where to go. The location doesn't have set parking spaces either so we're trying to figure out where this truck should be parked worrying about being docked money because we didn't park it properly.

HOWEVER, this was not the original address (179 St. Paul Street W) I was supposed to pick up my truck when I booked the reservation (Reservation #: 82659961). I was not notified of the change in pick-up location until I was at the original location at the time I booked and tried to do a mobile pick-up at the wrong location. I had to pay for an Uber to the original location (179 St. Paul Street W) and then had to take ANOTHER Uber to the new location (315 Ontario St).
Andrea LI ordered moving blankets but they forgot to put them in the truck. The place was closed when I arrived and the mobile check in to get the key is not user friendly.

Eric NThe truck was parked on an ice patch. It took us 20+ minutes just to get it out of the parking lot (not including the rest of the check in process), as the wheels just kept spinning. Nothing salted or maintained and we almost fell several times. The locked box was open, with the lock just hanging there unlatched.
Leanne RThere was an open bottle of Heineken on the hood of the uhaul when we went to pick it up. Lots of other wine and beer bottles around the vehicle, too. Uhaul cleanliness wasn’t great but I guess it’s not that important.
