Donald LCheck in at the counter took over half an hour because the store manager insisted that the Mobile One service was more important than checking me in for the UHaul rental. I attempted to get his attention and requested service at least 3 times but he refused to serve me until he was ready. I didn't appreciate the delay. In addition, the 9' Cargo Van I rented had dirty floors both in the cab and in the back of the van itself. It was clear that the Van had not been cleaned out and the floors wiped clean.

JAMES WEverything was very enjoyable and very easy. From making my reservation, to going to pick up my van, which was readily available to me, no waiting around! I drove to my destination and back and parked in the spot I left with NO. Trouble. Will do business with then again!

Jeffrey FIt took some time as the reservation they had did not match mine in regard to truck size. I was charged for pads and a doily, both which of which were not in the truck. I called and was told to call back on Monday, as no one could help me.
