I originally got a 10' truck and that was not available at a different location. When I asked about the 50 dollar guaranteed I was brushed off. I had to switch the whole location. Then something happened and I ended up changing my reservation it was very hard to change because it kept trying to switch to the cargo van. There where lots of problems with this reservationSAMANTHA D.
The uhaul office was filthy. The agent took a photo of me on her personal phone and said it was just to keep track of us. It wasn't professional and I felt very uncomfortable with her having my driver's license information on her personal cell phone as well. It was a terrible experience.Laura N.

The location and owners were very kind and helpful. The uhaul experience however was not great. The truck wasn't back in time for me to pick it up so I had to rent a larger one and pay extra.Christine D.
Cannot say enough about how well we were treated. We were even invited to stop by the location the morning after loading, before we hit the road, to have the trailer hookup and the vehicle tie-downs inspected to make sure they were done properly. That was a good thing as several issues with our hookup were quickly recognized and remedied. And when we made the original pickup of our truck and trailer, they were already hooked up and ready to go. Excellent service, kind assistance, and helpful knowledge were provided. Not happy. Made reservation weeks ago. Pick up location moved 22 minutes away so 44 round trip extra time. Pick time was moved from 10 am to 3pm which meant a late departure from Colorado Springs.Elliott T.

Hello it's a great place to rent a u-haul. I dealt with the mister and as long as you are prepared to rent a trailer so what I mean is if you are renting a trailer be sure to have the plug for lights on your truck working and ready to go before you get there. The mister hooked my trailer up I didn't have to worry about it and when I returned it he helped me by guiding me so I was able to back in the trailer with no problems I am still shaky on that part but doing great. Super awesome dude. He straight up kinda guy my overall was experience was fast and easy. I plan on using them again soon.Tonya H.

Excellent service! We thought there was a blown fuse because the lights wouldn't work; the employee went to get a fuse kit but decided to check the connection adapter, which was the issue. simple check , but good to know the problem would have been handled right there without the need for me to go find a fuse! The proprietor of this particular location is a little rude and very unhelpful. He vaguely directed me where to park the truck and looked on as I parked it in the wrong area. Basically stared at me until I asked him if it was ok because he was staring and then told me I put it in the wrong spot. I asked him why he didn't say anything and he just shrugged. This man is also a little slow so it could be a quirk of his but that quirk should be left at home not during business hours.Hamza R.

This was supposed to be a contactless pickup. Everything was supposed to be taken care of while logged into the U-Haul website or app. This wasn't the case. I had to go into the office. No big deal there, I was just in a time crunch. Initially, I was greeted with an attitude as to why I was there, as if me picking up my rental was an inconvenience to him. It took approximately five minutes to even find my reservation, and when it finally came up, it was not showing the added insurance that was chosen when the reservation was made. He attempted to add the insurance, but was unable to do so. All this while, he kept getting distracted with his dog, and losing focus on the task at hand. He had to call in his wife to see if she could figure out the reservation. She attempted, for what seemed like forever, but was also unsuccessful. She ended up saying something along the lines of "it's showing the insurance here, but zero dollars attached to it". They could have actually fixed it, so it showed correctly in the system, but instead, they had me take a picture of their computer monitor, so I had proof, in case something were to happen on the road. Once that was "figured out", I was not able to use the method of payment that was entered when the reservation was made. This was an inconvenience because I did not have that payment method on my person. This wouldn't have been an issue if the contactless pickup would have happened, as it should have. Fast forward to the truck walk-around. He went with me as I inspected the truck for damage. There were a few spots that I questioned, but he was able to point out the "X" stickers that I did not initially see. There were a few other spots, though, where there were different, non "X" stickers, that were addressed with "they probably just didn't have the "X" stickers, so that should be fine". Getting into the cab of the truck to check the fuel gauge and mileage, I noticed the inside of the truck hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was approximately an eighth of an inch of dust throughout, as if someone had driven coast to coast on dirt roads, with both windows down. There were sticky spills in the cup holders and on the center console, and there were enough dog wet-nose marks on the passenger side window to where I was almost unable to see out of that window. All-in-all, I would not recommend this location to anyone, due to many issues, including their communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the cleanliness of their rentals. What should have been a five to ten minute pickup, turned into a forty-five minute mess.Patrick R.
