Better customer service, the guy was very rude!

THIS experience was as expected but I had an AWFUL experience at your Swag & Stuff (Stn Mtn Lithonia Rd location). I exhausted more than 40 minutes of which I had movers waiting and costing me money to never have been able to get my rental thus causing me to transfer my reservation to the Memorial Drive location.

Representative I worked with was not professional, he added the insurance even though I declined it which created extra fees, he installed the trailer on my truck and it detached from the truck while I was driving down the street, he put the wrong time on my contract ( I picked the trailer up at 5:30 and he put 3:00 on the contract) I ended up having to pay for an extra day because of this discrepancy. I was sold the wrong hitch to go on the back of the truck. My boyfriend returned the hitch and was told the money would go back on my card and it didn’t need to be swiped. I received no money back, I basically was conned out of $30.

My only complaint is the truck ran very rough felt like it needed tires or an alignment. Did not feel safe in the truck at all. The customer service was great though

Stop ripping people off with EZ fuel charge. That’s not right I had to called customer service to get that credit off. When I put in the gas it was a little over 3/4 of a tank so I don’t understand how I got charged that charge to begin with.

MY EMAILS AND TEXTS INDICATED THAT I WOULD PICK UP RENTAL TRAILER .3 OF A MILE FROM THE STORAGE LOCATION. UPON ARRIVAL, NO TRAILER! LADY SAYS THE TRAILOR AT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLACE, WHICH I HAD JUST PASSED! BETTER COMMUNICATION IS A MUST!!!!!

I was charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle that had stains on the seats and smelled of urine. I was in a bind and did not realize the condition of vehicle and had no time to take it back. I’m deterred from using this service again.

The person at this location was very helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me after my reservation was messed up by UHAUL. If it wasn't for him I would not have gotten the truck I reserved which would have been devastating because we came 670 miles specifically to move some things from storage.

There was a maintenance man who stated that he was just “filing in” at the time of my truck return who was very rude and not customer friendly. When asked if here was a problem due to his demeanor, the gentleman stated that he was a maintenance man and that it was not his job to provide friendly service when things do not go his way (Referring to maintenance shop). I would not recommend this location due to that individual. Very rude

I first reserved a truck at 5517 Memorial Drive when they tell me that they didn’t have any ‘10 foot truck when clearly their was 2 outside. I then went to MMC and reserved a truck which o though was under my original reservation for 24 hours but instead he charged me an additional $50 because I was 30 minutes late. I will not be using Uhaul next time. Terrible customer service and on top of that the movers I reserved never showed up.

You yall debit card system didn't accept my cash card so I had to leave an go to an ATM an withdraw $200.00 for the deposit instead of the $75.00 if I used my card thru you all system. Yall need to advertise what debit cards you all accept..

The location 5517 Memorial Dr. needs a little window after 1 because I was there waking for rental and I had to go to 5419 memorial dr location for my rental.. but I had no issues. Everything else was perfect !

The customer service representative tried to rob me with gas. Luckily for me I had pictures of every detail, when he realized he could not rob me he dropped the charges, really I was planning to take the matter to court. He is full of attitude, wish people would try other locations for rental.
