Caught a flat and they still over charged me like it was my fault will never do business with the u haul being parked at a store

Cherie SWe arrived at our reservation time, I had selected a contactless check in but the app said I needed to speak with a representative. The representative did not arrive until 20 minutes later, and the cab of the u haul smelled like smoke. Not a seamless experience.
Rebekah WI was charged a cleaning fee when it was nasty already. The smell was terrible!!!! I admit I left a piece of string. And I was charged $25 dollars. The attitude sucks and even their shop is nasty!! How dear you charge anyone for cleaning!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone even if it was your last choice!!!

Lynn PThe men at this location is very rude! I booked another location and the morning i picked up they sent me to this location which looks like a tire shop. The men don't address you, they make rude comments towards women in a bully way! Ladies please go to this location with a man because they will take advantage of you as a woman! They lied about having to clean the truck as well as didn't care of the tire services I complained about! They also made almost $200 worth of charges up and charged my card and lied about it to my bank! I will not recommend anyone to this location! Ladies especially be careful

Beverly YWorse experience ever. The only good part was the movers. The people at MMC Automotive were beyond rude and not helpful in anyway. Would definitely urge you to move your uhaul business somewhere else since nobody knows what to do there.

TAMECA BMake sure every truck is clean before it can be rented by the next customer. I picked up a truck that was very dirty inside. I took the picture and submitted along with a comment of it being dirty. When I returned the truck I submitted another comment letting Uhaul know that the truck was still dirty when I returned it. I absolutely was "NOT" going to clean that truck because I wasn't the one who messed it up. Then Uhaul turns around and charges me for it being dirty! The devil is a mutha fuckin lie!!!

HUNG TThis was my first time for this location and it will be my last because my rent 1 of the vehicle for 3 hour only which was the $30 +15 insurance and I did use one of their equipment for $7 and I filed the gas when I take it back as it was but they ended up charging me for $125.00 that is robbing I don't recommend any one to go this location
ABDULLAHI MI cannot give a higher rating since the unit I rented should have been with me since Friday but because I had an Illinois driver's license they did not allow me to rent it. We had to wait until Saturday for my son to go for the unit

Courtney SThe checkout process was very long....like over an hour and I was the only customer. Then computer went down. Then the Uhaul representative decided to help the next customer BEHIND me with a full return. I said no sir, I've been waiting an hour and you are going to help next customer and input their information into system before completing my service?? I was highly upset. I asked for someone else to help me "Shephard" who was amazing and turned my experience from poor to having me smiling going out the door. Then the big Uhaul truck brakes went out on my way to my moving location! It almost caused me to have an accident!! I had to get a last minute Penske truck because all the uhaul trucks were not available. I had to contact roadside assistance to tow Uhaul truck back since brakes went out. I just don't understand why the maintenance checks weren't thoroughly done ...??? This could have caused several fatalities!!!
Valerie LThe gentleman that helped us was very kind and helpful - I have absolutely no complaints about the staff at this location. They were able to make a very difficult situation better and I am great full for that. However, I was not impressed by the organizational qualities of UHaul. I had made a reservation for a one way 15 foot truck. That truck apparently was taken out the day prior to my pick up time and was no longer existent. I made my reservation over a week prior to my pick up time and my location for pick up changed 3 times. The only truck left was a 20 footer and it required me to drive 28 miles back to drop it off. Obviously I had to pay for that extra mileage as well as the addition space and for the lost time to get the truck. Uhaul did not provide options for a discount for their organizational inequities. In addition, the system was apparently down and made it incredibly difficult for the staff to find a solution to the issue. Again- these issues are not staff related. I am great full that they were able to get me a truck… even if it was bigger and more of a hassle with drop off location. Uhaul needs to change the way they make their reservations.

RICKETA ROkay for a U-Haul Place. They put a $100 HOLD On My Bank Account On 6/23/22 And The Cost Was $74.45. 4 Days Later - STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUNDS In My Bank Account. Guess I Will Settle This With My Bank If Not Fixed By Monday. ( I will tell my bank they OVERCHARGED ME ) Should've been REFUNDED SAME DAY!!

JUMA CI work for Uhaul at a Center. Every time we receive a moving van, we throughly clean it. This 10' moving van was not clean and reeked of smoke. There also seems to be a throttle issue. I really did not understand why this dealer made a copy of my license. At the center I work at we only take pictures and upload them to the contract. I already uploaded my license photo before arriving. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall. This entire MCO seems to not have things together..

ROSALINDA SCheck to see if equipment (furniture dolly) is available before charging customer for it. Also, it would be a good idea to call another location to verify that the equipment is available before sending a customer to it to only find out the equipment is not available there either. In the end, I was charged for the use of a dolly I never used.

JAMES CMy reservation/truck was gone. The front desk man told me it was not showing at the correct day as my smart phone showed. I presented my reservation to him and he rudely told me, "I don't care what your phone says, I have to go by my computer." Absolutely unacceptable.
