Completely disorganized, I was shuffled back and forth between locations for pick up, the location does not look professional or safe.

We were told that we could arrive at 10:30 to pick up the truck. We arrived, rang the bell, and there was no answer. I called the number and was told the driver would be there in 20 minutes. When called again, we were told 10 more minutes. The driver finally arrived, he said he was never notified that there were people waiting for a truck. We did not leave the location until almost 11:45.

I had a reservation for 930 am and the place I was supposed to pick it up from didnt get there until 1030. Extremely displeased. It also seemed as though there was something off with the trucks engine it had terrible pick up even for the size of the truck and felt like it was skipping gears.
