Rebecca UNothing, your guy (sorry I didn’t catch his name) really went out of his way to make sure my rental was up to standard. Please, look at my contract and tell the guy who rented me the trailer thank you. Admittedly you couldn’t have rented me the trailer in the condition it was in, but the guy was really good about fixing it on the spot. That and the person receiving the trailer was also really accommodating and friendly about the time frame in which it was returned. Good experience overall.

allan cThe drop off site was not open. It was durring business hours stated on the business door. I tried calling before arriving and when I arrived, and no answer at all? Business shows boxes and supplies available but if business not open how do you sell anything? I will be taking two more trips to this area but will not be using this place as a drop off location.

George GAsked for a certain time frame and was failed to be given it. Then was charged upon dropping it. We asked for 4pm and the contract said 11am so we were charged for a full day.

dawn hCalled another location for initial request but was directed to alternate location for pickup. When we arrived there was no one at the location so had to call main number for advise. The equipment we had been directed to pick up was not working properly so manager had to go to Shawnee to get correctly working tow bar. Computer system first showed nothing was available in Shawnee that was why we were directed to location in Mcloud and had to wait about 30 minutes for manager to get there.

CHRISTOPHER WAgreed to pick up truck at noon. Arrived a little after 12:00 and there was no one to be found. Called the number and went to voicemail. Called cell number on drop box and it went straight to voicemail. After about 10 minutes an elderly man came from somewhere, asked him if he was the UHaul rep and he said no, he's gone. I left and came back around 1:15 and picked up the truck. Was frustrated no one was there at the agreed upon time and no one could be reached.

TED SI dont know that you could improve this particular location. The propriator was very informative and helpful.
GAREN DThe truck was dirty when I picked it up. But yet they charged me $25 for cleaning fee for a few leaves that blew in the back. My whole experience with Uhaul was terrible from the first location not having a truck available, then sending me to a small location with an old junky, dirty truck with bad breaks. I will file a complaint online.

GARY FThe interior of truck was Nasty! and had a foul odor! Windshield was dirty, Mirrors were dirty, door windows dirty. Had to clean before making trip.
