Wanted to drop at another location because this one looked closed. Was told it was open. Called the regional uhaul number when I dropped it off. Watched as the uhaul I returned sat there for nearly a month unmoved and never got a close out statement til recently where it shows my days rented as 24?! Thankfully Uhaul didn't charge extra but to think I was responsible for the vehicle during that time is scary.Nathanael J.

Extremely frustrated that I couldn't drop off the Equipment at the location I requested when I made my reservation, which was only 10 minutes from my destination. Instead I had to drive an additional 25 miles each way to a location that was "receiving equipment". It's not my fault the first location had "too much" equipment in their inventory. Isn't that U-hauls job to redistribute the equipment? Why did I become part of their workforce? Why wasn't I compensated for the additional time and mileage I was forced to travel?ROBERTJOSEPH B.
They had 2 trucks, both were supposed to be in service. One had a cracked windshield and was not usable. The young man, although polite, clearly had no training with preparing rentals.Peter D.

downloaded app and made appointment to pick up truck. upon arrival shop was locked and no one there. Tracked them down by knocking on neighbors door. Said I had to come back later. Returned in afternoon to pick up van. Noticed gas tank was marked at 3/4 full when there was only a 1/2 tank. Office made note of it on contract. Started on my trip and noticed the mileage on contract wasn't accurate by 15 miles. Returned truck after hours with a 1/2 tank, not that they keep regular hours, and noted the mileage. Got the final bill and was charged an extra day and extra gas to fill to 3/4 tank plus 10 miles was added in. After several calls the amount was corrected but what a terrible experience. I had one unexpected surprise. I had refused to take the $14.00 insurance option. The service man quoted me $79.00 for the total cost. When my final bill came in I saw that I was chared the $14.00, bringing my bill up to around $96.00. That makes me feel cheated.JOHN L.

This dealer was new. The fuel level was not correct but the clerk said to not worry about it. I returned the truck with the same fuel level as when I rented it and end up having to pay $21 for fuel. Before I left the rental place, I checked the back and there were no blankets in there like I requested but instead a dolly and two carts.DAVID O.

There was technical problems which delayed the processing of a customer that was ahead of me. The attendant was very friendly and informative of the situation, that seem unavoidable. The dolly was missing from my order, but not to the fault of this location. Attendant tried to fix by finding one at a close location.Katherine F.
