I ordered a dolly to be in the truck because I had a lot of boxes to move up basement stairs. THE DOLLY WAS NOT IN THE TRUCK. I called the location and was told I could come and pick it up but those kilometres would be added to my total. While the clerk gave me a refund of the $7 rental for a the dolly, the lack of the dolly made my move extremely difficult and I will not use Uhaul again.Karyn C.

The mobile check in is a little slow. You should allow part of it to be done in advance instead of when someone gets to the location. For example taking a photo of driver and drivers license.Vatche T.

My rental was approved and then there was no truck available the day of. I had to switch it to this location because they had the truck, which added extra km on my bill. Please get your online system fixed. It is not working properly. My storage unit also charged me a late fee because my cc info was wiped from your system. The van we were given was very dirty. Someone had even left a dirty glove inside. It was obviously not cleaned after its last use. I used sanitized wipes to wipe everything down and they were black with grime. There was fur all over the seats. I was very disappointedMICHAELNICHOLAS T.
Extremely poor experience. I waited more than 40 minutes to pick up a truck I rented online and did an online check in prior to arrival. The equipment I rented was not available when I arrived and I had to wait for the store owner to locate it. Then I was not assisted with loading the trolleys to the truck. The female store operator was very rude and more interested in serving her convenience store customers rather than the u haul renters. She could not answer questions on the truck operation. Then, once I realized that the truck she rented to me was blocked in the tiny parking lot by 3 other u haul trucks, she gave me a bunch of keys and told me to figure out the keys and move them myself or wait for her to call a driver who was 20 mins away! I will NEVER use this location again. Also, not a single attendant used gloves or masks during the entire process.Tarlika P.

the front area of truck should have been more sanitized and maybe a kit with disposible gloves and masks provided during pandemic. The store I rented from sold these products - just a nice touch. Overall - excellent experience and good valueTOBY D.

When I first booked this U-Haul, tmit quoted me for a price under $200. When I went to go pick it up, I ended up paying over $300 for the same exact thing... I feel like i was scanned by U-Haul. If I knew it was going to be so expensive than I would have shopped around. Instead U-Haul lead me to believe that they were priced much lower than the actual bill I got on pickup. I am very sadden by this sales tactic. I have used uhauls numerous times before and I am sad to see the direction this company is taking.Sheik F.

Very happy with my UHAUL experience today. Nobody likes moving, but the rental and return were the easiest part of today. The truck I ordered was not available, Mister Convenience booked it for the next day, I was able to get a van that was available, but for less than 24 hours, and I had to make an extra trip becuase the van is smaller. The person at Mister Convenience said he would give me deal when I paid, but he charged me the full km rate and only gave $10. off. Before I took the truck I said I will pay the daily rate of $19.95 only and refill the gas, which was $12. I submitted a complaint and should here back from UHAUL by tomorrow.Audrey G.

Overall rental process was simple and straightforward and had a positive experience. The online registration was easy to navigate, although it took longer than 10 mins to get verification of all the inputted details. I suspect due to availability of U-Haul agents. Once confirmed, I ended up having to go inside the store to pick up the key. Figured it would have been easier to get it from the lock box instead.Dilhan K.

Service at the desk was excellent. My only issue was that the interior of the loading bed had a ton of sand in it from the previous user. I swept it up before returning as I didn't want to get charged for this, but this was a problem because I didn't have a broom available at the time of my move. So it made it difficult to slide boxes in and out as well as scratching some of my furniture. Other than this my experience with the merchant was ideal.Kamau B.
