Train your representation, dont advertise $19.99 when my bill was originally $100.00. This was later changed to $60.00 due to an apparent error in recording return. Make receipt available upon completion of transaction., numerous issues with whole experience, disappointing due to plans to rent again and that location is in my neighborhood. I doubt I will do business with UHaul again. Nor will i recomend d this vendor. Scott

The rental was very old. Showed miles, not kilometres for driving which was challenging trying to watch speed. The biggest complaint I have is the fuel. The vehicle was 1/4 tank full upon pick up. Then you must return with a quarter tank of gas!!! Needless to say, that is difficult to judge while pumping and vehicle turned off. I ended returning with a half tank. No compensation for that. Every other rental returns with a full tank, so you don't get ripped off. This is so sneaky

This is the first time I have used Uhaul and it will be tge last. I got in a pinch and wasn't able to rent a truck from my usual rental company. They offer a higher flat rate but unlimited mileage. This move cost me 3 times what I pay at Enterprise. You guys are way too expensive.

$64 charge for 6L of gas is ridiculous. I will discourage anyone I know from ever using U-haul.

The person working at the store was largely non-communicative and grumpy. He didn't offer to help when I said I couldn't find my contract. upon returning the van so I didn't know how much gas to put in. He told me I had to fill up with gas. I left, got gas for the van and when I returned at 1053pm , the store was closed. It was scheduled to close at 11pm. He was inside gesturing for me to put the key in the after hours key box. Weird.

Fairly unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Seemed uninterested in providing service or answering questions. Vehicle was fine.

Was not told that a weight restriction on a ball for a trailer I was to rent existed. Booked a month ahead only after waiting in line for an hour to be told I could not rent the trailer and no truck was available at site. Ruined entire weekend! But nothing will change and I wont get even an apology or compensation for loss or added expenses I was forced to endure.

We had requested to rent a furniture dolly to help with our move. Upon pick up we were advised that they didn’t have any. When it came time to pay for the rental, they tried charging us for the dolly that they did not have in stock. Once questioned on this they did remove the charge, but it should have been common practice to remove the charge for something we were not provided. Further, if UHaul cannot provide a customer with a equipment rented as part of the reservation, it would be nice to be informed of this in advance, so other accommodations could have been made; and lastly, don’t try to charge for them!!!

Pickup was scheduled for 8am, I was there 5 min early. The staff did not arrive to open the store until after 8 and had trouble with the system so took over 30 min to issue the van when there was no one else there. I left at 8:40 and brought the van back at noon, well before the 2pm from my initial booking. I got the statement of bill at 9:45 pm and was charged 2 billing periods stating van was returned at 9 pm Not happy with the service

Better information for out of town rentals and travel. I was quoted on the website a reasonable price and then was talked into returning the truck to the location and spending much more for mileage and gas on the vehicle than was needed. The truck handled great and was a huge help in my move though so that was good.
