Alain GulantThe gas reading was very misleading. As a result, I did not correct it on my outbound inspection. And despite putting MORE gas in than I used, I got charged an additional $10.50 for refueling. As many times as I use U-haul shame on me. I will definitely be looking for other truck rental options going forward.

Izaias ArrudaIt took about a hour to check in. The app rejected my identification at least 30 times . I had to start the app over repeatedly. I’ll never go mobile check in again. Also, there was damage to the vehicle that wasn’t caught before I inspected the vehicle.. it makes me uncomfortable because I feel I must find everything or you will come after me. Finally, the rubber surface inside the vehicle makes it difficult to move things around. It was pretty much torn apart before I was using it. That isn’t your customers fault. I find Enterprise easier and more professional. The floor surface is more suitable for moving. Send someone there to check out what they do.

Rebecca BordeauxIt was seamless. I would recommend getting another lockbox as my pick up time had to be moved up to 9am so someone could be there. They said it was because they had 2 other self pick ups and not enough lockboxes. Besides that everything was very smooth and easy.

ROBERT LAMBERTwhen I filled up the gas, the level indicator did not move.. I drove 10 min and still no movement. I stopped at a gas station to put more gas and then the level indicator moved and I put more gas than needed because of that. I calculated the number of gallons needed and was surprised that the indicator did not move.
