This location was the best location for Uhaul I have had experience with. I have used Uhaul about 10 times now and the man running this shop was absolutely the best of them all. He took time to make sure my trailer was properly working and hooked up. He also helped me find a good insurance plan in case something were to happen. 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

I put a pickup on hold to haul a motor. They refused to give me the pickup and Gabe me a 10 footer instead. I couldn't properly secure an engine without the cargo Moynihan brackets of the pickup and destroyed my engine. They have me additional for being there at all. As far as I'm concerned, you hiya owe me a refund and replacement engine.

Nice lady, very helpful with trailer hookup, twisting chains for ground clearance (I didn’t know that), but I believe forgot to remind to accept the unit in-app prior to leaving. Fortunately the unit was fine and a phone call fixed the problem.

The girls at Mis Dos Patrias had me on the road in 10 minutes and the drop-off was even faster. And both were very friendly. The parking lot is easy to get in and out. Highly recommended.

Make sure the truck is in working order including the trailer connections. I called about the issue and talked to a live person to get transferred to a automated system that to me to use the app and hung up. The uhaul app had no record under my profile of me using a truck. Then when I got to my destination I need the trailer connection to work and it didn't still. So I called only to be told I would have to pay a service fee of a couple hundred dollars. Got to talk to a supervisor and she sent out a service truck to check mine. There was a blown fuse that prevented me from towing my camper.

The gal there was yelling that the location didn't open until 11am. Their hours stated they opened at 9am. As we sat outside trying to do mobile pick-up since she was refusing counter pick-up as I had selected previously, I noticed her "open" signs were on and watched two customers walk in and out WITH groceries. I do not recommend this location to anyone that plans to pick-up a truck in the mornings.

Make sure all tires are threaded " not bald and tune up on all vehicles we as individuals should be safe at all times. Overall experience with this location was the best customer service ever lead my example girls are awesome 💯 reliable day one.

The two women at this location are rude. Every time you go in there. They do not clean the vehicles. Twice I have rented from them and the windows are down on the vehicle and I was told that they leave them down so people don't break into them. I guess they don't mind if they get into them and sleep at night or do drugs or whatever else. These women also told me that U-Haul had me flagged as a suspicious renter. But they could not give me any reason for that. I rented from them three times and this was the problem all three times.

Pick up was suppose to be open and they were closed, in addition I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get the truck

While the personnel at this location were very cooperative, the vehicle was not clean, windshield was filthy on inside, and the requirement that I return it by 5:30 was contrary to what I was told at the other location where I originally made the reservation. The entire experience (with two Uhaul locations) was the worst I've had in years.

U-haul allows for 1 hour grace period when returning your rental. This location charged me another day when I was 30 minutes over. If you use this location, make sure it doesn’t happen to you.

They tried to double charge me on the rental. And I find speaking in your native language to someone who doesn’t speak it fluently is rude. I speak English as my first language Spanish I am not that good.

Make Sure The Cabin Of The Truck Is Clean, I Like Going There I Never Have A Problem. They Are Nice And Courteous.

I checked in and uploaded a picture of the fuel because I was told there was a half tank and when I got in the truck there was a little over a quarter tank in there..they charged me $55 for fuel when I returned it with the same amount. I have to wait 5-10 for my refund.

I never received ppwk or the email they said they were emailing me for pick up or drop off plus they said I went 50 miles and there is no way I went 50 miles should of been 30 I was way over charged. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

When I arrived my trailer wasn't ready, they had cancelled my order because I was 35 minutes late from my reservation time but never tried to call so the pickup process took longer. We had just had a heavy rain storm. The trailers was left in 4-5 inches of standing water that I had to walk through to hook up. The wiring harness was sitting in the standing water. The rails on the inside where straps would go to secure loads we're broken. I didn't initially choose this location, I was redirected because the equipment I needed wasn't available at the original location but if I was ever directed here again I'd just cancel my order.

An Aluminum or Magnesium Appliance Dolly would rent for more $. It's no fun when the Dolly weighs almost as much as the Fridge.

Shady company and shady business! Truck stopped multiple times and I was charged for their trucks not running properly. Never signed a contract and was never informed of roadside assistance. Called the Uhaul location multiple times and no answer for assistance. Had to drive to location to inform them truck was not running, instead of refunding for my troubles, they taken multiple payments out of my account.. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

Make sure gas is full and truck is clean. Truck was on E when first bought, glass and trash was everywhere behind truck then charged my card extra for gas that I already filled while renting out the truck

I got billed for going over the mileage but I had to travel to Il to pick this up when I originally wanted in Madison Lots of pot holes and fighting going on across the street with lots of cops involved.
