The man at the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He told me the total amount due and when I asked for the details of the charges, he told me if they were wrong I could call customer service the next day. When I signed on his device, the contract came up tand I was trying to look at it when he started screaming at me to give him back the device and that I didn't need to see the contract. The inside of the truck was muddy. I don't intend to ever visit that location for anything in the future.

It was the worst experience ever, it was my first time renting with tbis,company, the dealer fooled me twice, first of,all the fuel wasn't in 1/4 but in the receipt he putted 1/4, also,when I'm back he asked me if I putted fuel, I said no, he told me you can go put fuel or it's okay I can charge you for the fuel the same amount that you consumed, I said it's okay you can just charge me, the day after I found that,they charged me 30$ dollar fuel service +23$ fuel charge because I didn't not put fuel!!! It was absolutely scam

jonata rThe gas was on 17 miles when I got it when I gave it back it was on 32 they still charged me for gas… I didn’t get the rental until 940 something my appointment was at 9 and they still charged me for keeping it past 3pm my price went from 68$ to 87$ very price gauging behavior.. I will never use them again.

Bernard FThe truck had mud inside the cab. The check in was after 2pm the next day for a truck left at 11:30pm the night before. I had to drive there to finalize my bill so I know what I was being charged because I called the location's two numbers and nobody was picking up. Just as I begin to do mobile checkin, it was finalized. Update the phone number and consider Earlier check in since you was open 4 hours earlier.

Ebonuu AThe dolly, furniture mover and pads were not ready to go. In fact, they didn't even have a dolly but I still had to pay for it. They gave me 6 furniture pads and I was charged for 12. Both picking up and dropping off took forever. I don't think I was charged the correct miluage either as we couldn't get the miliage to stop blinking so we coukd snap a pic. Last time I ever use a uhaul. Paid over double what I thought it was going to be.

Linda EMileage out was incorrectly logged upon completion of the rental. The rental shop was unexpectedly closed at my pickup time as well, delaying the scheduled pickup process. Was charged for the wrong mileage out and didn't' receive the $50 discount for the truck not being ready.
