Didn’t have furniture dolly I reserved which made my work much harder. Was told fuel was 1/2 tank but in reality, it was on the line between 1/4 & 1/2. Back of truck had leaves and some kind of white dust all over that I had to clean out before putting my furniture in it.

Kiersten JThe location was excellent. The APP you guys wrote and had us use was a piece of garbage. It wasted lots of our time and some of the location's time as well. Fire your IT people. Get some actual technologists. None of the extra equipment we ordered was in our truck: blankets, a dolly, and a furniture dolly. The APP told us to drive elsewhere once we started using it at the right location in the right way. A call to the CORP rep was a terrible experience.
