This has nothing to do with either location. But my overall experience was not good. I was told by the original girl on the phone that I would have 120 miles. I ended up with only 89 and went over by 4. The mirror on the passenger side of the truck would not stay in place when adjusted and I had to have my family follow behind me to help me transfer lanes. It would fall and all I could see was the road. Noone gave me complete details about the cost of the truck from the beginning. I needed the truck because of a family emergency and I had a rough idea but it was not a good experience at all.MARJORIE L.

It took two weeks to get billed. I also did not get the furniture pads I called customer service at U-Haul 4 times to talk to someone. I told them I didnt get the furniture pads because I picked the truck up at 6am they told me they would remove them got the bill today still has the pads charged on there.Aaron H.

The truck doesn't drive nice. It's very noisy and not comfortable but it's functioning well though. I suggest you upgrade your equipment with more comfy ones such Mercedes. If I have a long trip, I will consider a different mover.Magdi S.

Your mobile pick up system is horrible. If it worked, it would be great, but I have now used it twice, at different locations and had problems both times and had to call the help line. this last time, we were on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. I had to wake up the on-site manager (he was closed on that Sunday) and he had to help me access the lock box as the mobile system would not complete the process. This was not my original location. When I arrived at my original location I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they didn't have the truck I needed. The sent me to the other side of town to pick a the truck size that I needed. The lady at this location was very professional. Uhaul needs to work on their computer system.Randy T.

The lockbox code was incorrect and the guy that we called for help was rude and acted like I did not know what I was doing. Once he got there he said the reason he couldn't find the reservation was because I had done everything correctly but no apology was given. He also said the code provided to us was a digit off. Also, I had someone else driving the truck for me and the process for adding the picture of the person whose license is listed should be more clear and provide clearer instructions on how to proceed with the check in process when you have this type of situation. I did not leave the U-Haul pickup site until 10:30am because of these delays, which delayed my moving processJake N.

They(this location and/or uhaul) are attempting to charge me for extra fuel that I did not use. The rent/pickup/return via the Uhaul app was completely unusable. I had to call the local Uhaul number a total of 3 times in order to complete my pickup and return.Marcus C.

Work to improve reliability of web based self-check in site. We had difficulty in sharing location and attaching photos to application from both Android and Apple devices. When calling customer service, the wait time at 8:30 pm seemed unusually long; however the agent was both helpful and understanding.John E.

This location is not where I was told on the phone that my pickup would be. I only found out after I drove to my selected preferred location and they told me that I didn't have a rental there. This location was further away and cost me extra $$ in miles that I didn't need to spend.Dale K.

this place was ridiculous. i have never been in a place of business like this. the offices were like dirty closets that smelled of cat urine, with a bunch of over-the-top Jesus-freak memorbilia surrounding the two dismal-looking chairs that I guess were for waiting, though I don't know who in there right mind would sit down in there. Behind the counter was some greasy dude with no shoes on tapping away on a small computer while i stood there for twenty minutes just so he could tell me, "well, you're all paid up." Uh, no shit, pal. how could i forget given the absurd rate i had to pay. If i can avoid it, i will never use U-Haul ever again.JOSHUA J.

I delivered the truck undamaged, clean, with dolly and pads, and on-time, but person did not give me a receipt, nor inspect the truck while I was there. Next morning I got an email from UHaul's Equipment Recovery, claiming I had not fulfilled my contract, and that attempts to contact me had proven ineffective. I only found 1 phone call and no voicemail from an unknown number, and my wife's phone had no calls from UHaul. When I contacted the 888 number provided, they insisted on a contract number, which the email did not have, and I had to insist on them looking me up by my name. Both the attendant and her superior blamed another UHaul department, and claimed that they were trying to help me, while they didn't know where there truck was and I was the one who could help them! I was livid for them assuming that I had not returned their equipment, and initiating a recovery process, instead of checking if the truck return process had actually been completed, as if employees/systems didn't fail, but customers certainly do. Automation and Technology must serve people, not the opposite. Next time, I'll use Penske again, which was a very pleasant experience.DANIEL B.

Pick up location was changed day prior to pick up and new site opened two hours later so travel arrangements had to be changed. When I arrived at site, it was suppose to open at 9am but no one was there. At 915am I called the 1-800 # and they gave me permission to take the trailer. When they changed pick up site, I told them I intended to be there at 9am. This event has caused me to look else where for my traveling needs.George H.

Speedometer was horribly off, I know it is a km truck but the mph was way off as well. Truck steering was way too loose and the brakes did not work so well. I drive trucks this size on a regular basis through work as well as through your company and this was the worst thing I have ever drove.MICHAEL R.
