We had to leave the Uhaul running for hours because we were told by the mechanic that if we turn the Uhaul off it would not crank back up. We had to spend more money in gas & we had to turn the Uhaul in a day early. I’m requesting a refund.

jamie hThere was miss communication about how to pick the truck up. I was first told to call U-Haul and after 30 minutes trying to get a person they told me to go through the website. After another 2 hours of trying to get the process completed I still had to call U-Haul again to complete my picking the truck up. So took a total of 3 hours just to get the truck. I would suggest y’all going back to paper pick up.
Doris TI noticed these guys have been handling U-Haul rentals for 30+ years and you can tell. Everything flowed very smoothly from reservation to pickup. They kept me informed on my reservation and checked on other needs. HIGHLY recommend these guys. Keep up the great work.. Thanks!

Bryan TThis isn't anything against the worker of Mini Max, but rather an issue with UHaul as a company. I've spent more than 3 additional hours trying to work with the app that "magically" takes away discounts. Not only that, I have trouble taking pictures of logging issues with the initial rental. Why have a faulty app when it doesn't work?

Maurice QThe online process was slow with non-responsive screens or prompts that return to the main screen; the agent at the location was not helpful; the phone agent acted like she was in a hurry to get off the call. It was frustrating, time consuming, cost me valuable time getting the move on its way. Started the process to get the truck around 11 am finally got it around 1:15 pm.
Renaye AI took the vehicle ahead of time when the location was closed. I could not complete the online transaction because it could not pick up my location. I called the 800 number and "steve" was extremely helpful. I received my receipt the next morning with no problems.
