We had to leave the Uhaul running for hours because we were told by the mechanic that if we turn the Uhaul off it would not crank back up. We had to spend more money in gas & we had to turn the Uhaul in a day early. I'm requesting a refund.

After another 2 hours of trying to get the process completed I still had to call U-Haul again to complete my picking the truck up. So took a total of 3 hours just to get the truck. I would suggest y'all going back to paper pick up.

I've spent more than 3 additional hours trying to work with the app that "magically" takes away discounts. Not only that, I have trouble taking pictures of logging issues with the initial rental. Why have a faulty app when it doesn't work?

It was frustrating, time consuming, cost me valuable time getting the move on its way. Started the process to get the truck around 11 am finally got it around 1:15 pm.
