Dropped off same day around 930 pm..put extra gas in truck, cleaner than when I received it..had problems checking in over phone..the next morning they checked truck in at 930am then charged my acct for being late.. very dishonest and greedy

Michael HGirl reserved us a van for 8:00 pm that was needed for 2 hrs Get to pick up and couldn’t get to work called uhaul to find out was changed to 7 am next morning. Man was extremely rude, on hold 15 min. A girl now gets on phone and she hangs up on me I got online now at 9 pm found only a 26 foot truck farther away so a van for 2 hrs I was suppose to get and would have cost me all together $40 gas and all now turned into a over a $100 trip had 5 pcs of furniture in a 26 foot I had no choice to get. Fir 20 miles cost me $33 … Lost of time, money and treated very badly. Listen to your recordings I think I should get a refund if the difference of my loss
Brian PTruck was not what we had ordered and very big for what we needed. Was very shaky on highway. And our dolly we paid for wasn’t in it.
