Nobody was there, neighbor said he has left early for the day and was very irritated that we needed to drop our equipment off. There was no room for it without blocking his driveway for his business. Was charged after hours fee but i was there within normal business hours.

Jeffrey Hthis was my 1st time renting a Uhaul. This was a nightmare. 1st time i was supposed to go to 1 place M and D. yall call and change it to national RV and Boat. There was no one there and the gate was changed with a Bike lock. and the truck was not even there. Customer Service was not helpful i had to be transferred 2 times. yall finally sent me to Milt Clark Sales. and the Manager asked what number i was calling because he had his phone next to him . Ti told him the number on my my Contract he did not know that number and as if i was in the Wrong. This had put our day 2 hours behind.
Tiffany AI have a cat allergy and it immediately started acting up upon riding in the U-Haul . The seats had pet hair in them and was overall not clean. In addition the radio didn’t work.
Laurie GThe truck was clean but due to recent rains the cab floor had mud foot prints on it. The truck ran well but had a loose belt sound while driving around 60 mph, might have that looked at in the future
Benjamin OReturn location was suppose to reimburse me for wiring I had to buy and one day rental fee but they never did.

Forest WI ordered a trailer, bumper hitch not gooseneck, capable of hauling 5000 pounds. One way from Grand Prarie to Pecos Tx. Drive 6 hours only to be told I had a 15’ cargo van reserved. Wtf

Joe GI would have liked to know where I’m picking it up sooner than the day before but I know y’all don’t know what locations have the size needed. We had to drive from Forney, TX to Wills Point, TX to pick it up. However, they let us get it a night early. We turned it in a day earlier, so it worked out

Ali SThe Uhaul app with the 24/7 pickup was a nightmare. Nothing was working properly. I had to upload pictures of my face and front/back of driver’s license, which was fine, but that wasn’t enough. It then wanted me to upload my passport, lease agreement, my employer’s contact info (for a uhaul rep to call and speak with) or a secondary person for a uhaul rep to call. Well, I’m not exactly in the habit of bringing my passport or lease agreement with me to get a uhaul for an in town move. I’m self employed, so that option is out. I had my wife send me a pic of my passport to upload, but that wasn’t enough. Then a uhaul rep started chatting with me on the app and told me they were verifying me. Instead, they ended the chat and I was sent back to the last four options again. So I listed my wife as a secondary, but it said her number was used to make the reservation, so that didn’t work either. The app is total BS from my experience. Fortunately, Donna, the friendly lady at the pickup location, was still there after hours. She went to her computer and had everything resolved in less than five minutes and handed me the keys. Thank you Donna.

JEROME SIt might be a good idea to check air pressures on the trailer tires before each rental. Otherwise, my experience was very good. I would definitely use this location again without hesitation.

KARLA CConsidering Mitts wasn’t expecting a 26 ft truck rental until hours before having to drop it off we at least were able to do it and it was a clean parking area. Difficult to determine exactly where to park it but again this was due to the uhaul app and change of drop off location that morning.
