The service and owner was great. He was most helpful and quick and efficient while still being very kind. We need more people like him in the work industry.

Hayden KOrdered a furniture dolly that was absolutely needed but none available. Owner was not concerned at all, he called another place in town to see if one available, was told I could pick one there, but when I went ,there was none. Truck was hard to start, the key would not turned, just not a pleasant move.

MICHAEL RMy only complaint is that device used to connect the trailer to the ball on my car kept loosening up. I had to check and retighten this device continuously. I was concerned that it would fail at any moment causing an accident!

Ryan CEXCELLENT ending to what began as an arduous pick-up experience. Suggest you review your (possibly great?) 24/7 check-in Process. thru the eyes of your older clientele. I believe some of them (too many) have or will arrive at the rental office at appointed time (8a) to find ofc closed... Just include seniors among your reviewers. UHAUL rents the best car-hauler available. And they patented it. Consider ensuring your off-hour check-in Process leaves your customers impressed, not distressed. Start with the reservation. Educate the customer. EXPLAIN what a Guranteed Pick-up time means. The guarantee comes with catch (if you're not alert) Probably the 24/7 program is potentially awesome. As it is, it's too much to absorb unexpected. It was not inviting or simple to use, so I didn't.

Brian SThis entire experience was horrible. The app was complete crap, the truck was disgusting (moldy sticky stuff) not a single person there to help me find the truck in the rain….. and was charged an additional charge with a “digital signature“ that I didn’t approve. I will NEVER do this again!
Rebecca NThe trailer I picked up was in bad shape but didn't show until I was about 2 hours from my destination. Noticed the passenger side wheel wobbling and got out and noticed the rim had broke welds. Driver side wheel had broken weld also. Both tires were also about bald with very little tread left on them. Roadside assistance showed up and the passenger side wheel bearing was bad. I asked him to check the driver side as well and it was also bad. He couldn't find parts to fix it so a tow truck was called to pick it up. There was no place open to get a replacement trailer so I had to unload the lawn mower I had and get it in the back of my truck and finish my trip that way. With all of this trouble, I think this warrants a complete refund.
