I had no idea this was only a drop off location for using the app when I picked this location for truck return. No humans involved. Didn't see any good signage indicating where to leave trucks. Luckily another truck was parked there and I parked next to it. Using the app to end my trip was very fast and easy. Answer some questions and snap some photos and you're good to go.
