There was nothing wrong with the location or the truck. The self check in online....HORRIBLE! Takes forever to get through. I was there to pick up my truck again 8 like j had reserved...took 45 minutes to get through everything and be able to leave. Called and asked about and extension for things on your end taking so long and was told "maybe. You'll have to call back about that" Very unimpressed with trying to do everything online. Made things 10x worse on what already was a stressful day of moving.Ellen F.

I was very disappointed with your company regarding the change in location for pick up. Originally I had reserved a one way U Haul from Ellensburg, WA to Portland,, OR. I made this reservation 1-2 months ahead of time before flying down from Alaska to help my daughter move.. The day before we were to leave Ellensburg, I received a call to notify me that I would need to drive to Wenatchee (75 miles away) to pick up the rental. So picking up the vehicle and taking it back to Ellensburg took 3 hours. I will not be using your company in the future and will not recommend it to others. Not only was this situation extremely inconvenient, it also added additional stress and cost to the moving experience. I find it extremely inconsiderate to give less than 24 hours notice for such a huge change to the original reservation..Theresa S.

The app is not very intuitive. This isn't rocket science. You shouldn't have to hunt for what button to press to log in, get your key, etc. I found the website clunky. My dad couldn't figure it out and was going to drive 20 Miles to a store that was open on Sunday. It took me 20 minutes to figure out the app and I work in tech!BENJAMIN P.

The location had not completed the scheduling to allow me to pick up the truck with the phone app. I sat in the parking lot for two hours and called U-Haul three times before the truck (which had been pre-paid) was released. When I got in the truck, I saw that it had over 420 more miles on it than was reported. I took a picture of the dash and sent called U-Haul again, then emailed the photo to a representative before driving the truck off of the lot. Later, I was charged for $162 for 407 extra miles that were not my miles.Susan D.

The truck was clean, but much was missing from my rental. The appliance dolly and moving blankets I ordered were not in the vehicle. My Fiancee had to go back after 8:00am the next day because I was already 50 miles away with the truck. The person who helped her did not access the contract so I got 10 blankets instead of twelve, and told her I had to drive back to get them with the truck. When she explained that was not possible, he left them on the ground instead of loading them for her. Also, no damage stickers in the vehicle for me to mark unmarked damage. I pretty mediocre experience overall.Kevin D.

When we picked up the truck in Wenatchee we were told we had 240 miles included in the rental. Upon returning the truck in Tacoma we were told the rental included only 191 miles, resulting in an additional charge. Definitely conflicting information and bad customer service.al C.

As a returning customer, I was dumbfounded to find that I had been declined service, on the grounds that I had been wrongly labeled a â€œlate returnerâ€ when I in fact was not late. Of the last 2 rental experiences, in both instances there were up to 4 hour delays in rental delivery. Then to have been declined for having made arrangements to return said rental 3-4 hours later on customer service adjusted schedule?? All I can say we will have to wait and see.Duane J.
The location is great but I would not recommend that particular truck to go anywhere other than just local it was old and outdated it was not cleaned. The check engine light was on? I ordered a utility dolly and furniture dolly that was not provided just a basic small hand truck. We got done what we needed the truck for and it all worked out but moving without dollies was back breaking!!Cindy B.

The lot was very small to park a 26â€˜ truck. I wasnâ€˜t able to put it on the side of the building like their sign directed because there was an RV already parked there, so i parked it out front. I took a picture of the RV on the side of the building in case of a dispute.Kristopher F.

Make sure the app gives correct information. It sent me to a location five miles from where I was suppose to be. When I got to the correct location, the app would not let me continue. It was again telling me I was in the wrong location, even though I was looking right at the truck. Several minutes later, I retried the app and it was finally correct.Mark E.

I could not rate the pick up location because it does not describe what about the pick up location I am supposed to be rating so the survey is pointless. the location was 25 miles further away than last year so it was not convenient. Mike and his staff were courteous and professional and friendly. I had 2 transactions with them. 1st was to get 2 dozen blankets, and 2nd was for a 15 foot truck.
