Disaster from start to finish. Total logistical nightmare. Everything was so much harder than it had to be in every single way. First location which guaranteed my reservation had nothing available when I went to pick up the truck and dolly. I had to call UHaul and he shuffled around from person to person until, eventually, someone found the equipment 20 miles away, I drive to pick up the truck and dolly, and nobody inside knows anything about it, instructing me to call UHaul. UHaul tries repeatedly to sell me storage and moving help when all I need, now two hours behind schedule, is a truck and a dolly. Nobody on the phone at UHaul knows the access code to the lock box that supposedly contains the key to the truck. After another half an hour of being shuffled around on the phone, I’m told I have to make my reservation all over again. My card is charged AGAIN for the same truck I didn’t get to pick up the first time. Someone finds the keys to the UHaul, and I get into the truck. There is no dolly. I call customer service AGAIN. They try to sell me a storage unit or some moving help. Then they inform me that they can probably find a dolly another 20 miles down the road, which would put me 40 miles in the opposite direction of where I needed to be. Was promised a $50 credit that never showed up on my account. Absolute joke of an experience. The truck was filthy with empty food containers and soda cups under the seats. Less than half a tank of gas. Get it together.

Awful. No signage whatsoever. A very small lockbox almost hidden on side of building that was for check cashing and Mobil Oil convenience store. Very bad English of cashier. Lockbox had a combination that was never sent to use to enable key to be placed in Dropbox. Tried to call U Haul and was on hold for over 20 minutes. This is one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had including the original atlanta location was not open as advertised and phone one window was Not operational either. Complete horrible experience.

Shaneka PThe website listed counter pickup as a choice but upon arrival, the staff told me they have “nothing “ to do with uhaul. You have to call for a code. That took over an hour to correct, causing extensive delays and a complete change in our plans. Please change the website to reflect this so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.

Willie WI did self-guided check in on my phone but it directed me to go inside to get the key. The lady inside was unfriendly in telling me the key was in the truck and basically told me to buzz off.
