The two trailers were in a line, the first trailer had a broken hitch (the ball lock was seized up) I had to drag the 2nd trailer out from behind the first in order to be able to hook up. Also, why on earth don't you put jack stands on the trailers, at least the bigger ones? A 12' trailer with the electronic brake equipment is darn heavy to lift up and drop on the ball all by ones self. The gas station attendant was nice and helpful but not really knowledgeable about anything to do with the trailer. Also, she was the only staff at the gas station so she was pretty busy helping other customers.

Other than making me pay more insurane beacuse of the location of the U-Haul site, which is nonsense. Is was good. Your web sits says 14.95 that is what i chose, That is what i should have been able to pay not 60.00. Not happy

The dolly was a wreck.. Both taillights were unsecured to the dolly. I wasn't in a position to look for a different dolly since I had to drive an hour for this one and was leaving in the morning. . Luckily I was able to get the one light working (temporarily) and the gas station attendant had some box tape so that it wouldn't fall out onto the ground. Off I went on my 1650 MI trip. I checked the various safety items after a few hundred miles. After 1000 miles now only one light works. I decide to take my chances with one light. After a number of safety checks before I arrived I now see that the other light was dangling by the wire. How long? No idea. At any rate I arrived safely and without a ticket for the lights not working. Lucky. Hard to believe that this item was rented to anyone. In the future I'll be reserving a dolly several weeks in advance and carefully inspecting it before signing anything.. The attendant at the gas station was great and knowledgeable. In between selling boxes of Sudafed to the tweakers she did as good a job as could be expected regarding the rental of the wreck. All in all a poor experience.

My pick up time was 3 o’clock in the afternoon in Green Bay on a Packer game night. We waited in the gas station for over an hour and a half. My son had to go take a picture of the gas and the mileage. By the time we left the traffic was horrible so not only was it late by an hour and a half it took us another hour and a half to get home. You think we’d be comped for our time we didn’t get but instead we got a call to return the truck earlier.Very disappointed.

We just want to thank everyone who got us set up. We had a unique situation where we needed to keep everything in the truck for several days and needed to store the truck somewhere. It all went smoothly!!! Great customer service.

The truck I took had multiple dents and scratches on it from a previous trip (all were documented). There was a can of soda in the cup holder. But beyond that, the truck was in good enough condition, and the service attendant was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to access. I would recommend that location again for the exceptional service I received.

The problem is not uhauls equipment. Its the gas station employees. Cashier screaming and swearing at customers. Another employee holding the door with his foot, hot boxing a cigarette. Group of guys smoking pot on the side of the building. It also took a half hour to get the computer sorted for pick up and another half hour to get my receipt during drop off.

This rental started at Uhaul of De Pere where I had accidentally reserved the wring type of trailer. Brendan and his crew jumped right in to locate a closer trailer for us. With 20 minutes we were headed out to the Military site with all the paperwork ready. We found a super clean trailer and a kind man to help us with the hitch placement. What could have been a frustrating event turned into an incredible customer experience. Outstanding!!!

No employee was available to help lift trailer off hitch. Had to wait for another employee to come to get a bar in back room to safely lift trailer off hitch.

There wasn't a key drop off box, I had to return the next day to return key. I had to call customer service because I needed an extension due to my inability to return the key. A total mess for a customer who is already beat due to the moving. Unacceptable

Trailer lights didn't work wires didn't work well . Couldn't seem to get any help Lost all of 2 hours getting it fixed myself. Called road service. That seems to be useless. The trailer was fine once I got things to work. Spent my money to fix it I wasn't very happy It was my first and maybe last time I will rent a car hauler.

This was not the location i reserved. The location U Haul Moving and Storage on other side of Green Bay is where I reserved a trailer for 7AM. Got there and no trailer. Had to drive across town Green Bay to Military Av. Where the guy had no idea I was coming. Alone in store and unable to help me except 4 paperwork. Late getting on road and not happy as I did what I thought by reserving in advance to prevent this.

Location was terribly under staffed. Returning the rental took over 30 minutes. Even finding the place was difficult (a U-Haul location in a gas station should have been a red flag).

I reserved online and it took over a hour to pickup because I had to wait for the c-store customers (that took priority, apparently) to slow down so she could complete the paperwork. But it was still better than Zack at the De Pere, wi location who was very rude and hung up on me. Someone needs to punch him in the throat.

I rented a truck from the DePere main store and went there to pick up and was told the truck was at a gas station on Military Ave in Green Bay. Not expecting that nor appreciative of having to go out of my way to pick up and bring back. Very disappointed in this experience.

My problems are not with the pickup or drop off locations, but with UHaul itself. I’d reserved a tow dolly WEEKS in advance at Shore to Shore Rental in Sturgeon Bay, WI and was promised by the manager it would be there. I called again the week before to confirm. Two days before I was to pick up the dolly, UHaul called to say that there wasn’t going to be one for me, and that I’d need to drive nearly two hours to Peshtigo, WI to pick up the nearest one. That’s ridiculous, guys, and this is one of the main reasons why UHaul becomes such a punching bag with ticked off customers. I ended up finding a dolly in Greeen Bay, WI but that still took 30 minutes on the phone and was a 2-hour round trip. That’s just bad business, guys.

I DID NOT select this location when I made reservation online. I was switched to it by Uhaul. I know from PAST experiences that perhaps correctly so, the attendenat has Many gas station customers to check out while I was in process of picking up trailer. She was a very very nice person, but I was there to pick up a trailer not wat h multiple people pay for gas station items and lottery type tickets. Again that is why I chose not to use this location. Have regional manager who changed my location of pick up call me again. The woman did the very best she could, but I did NOT select this location. What is the guarantee for if my preferred location of pick up is changed. ??

The UHaul I rented was disgusting. The cab had old gum stuck in the cup holder and cigarette butts in both ash trays. The cab stunk of cigarettes as a result. The storage area was full of tiny styrofoam pellets-definitely had not been swept out We did the precheck to cut down in the check in time, but it still took 40 minutes because the clerk waited on every single person that came in while I was being processed. It was a nightmare!

The process of checking out the truck went poorly, waiting for almost two hours to speak to a regional manager. The app process failed over 20 attempts to complete the checkout. There was no support available by agent nor phone. Not sure if I will do this again.

An employee at the gas station lost the keys to the truck I had reserved so after quite a while of waiting to rent the truck due to the fact that there were many customers and only one employee working. After the employee helped many customers she was finally ready to rent the truck to me and then sent me out to get the truck by myself with directions to check the visor for the key. There was no key in that truck and I had to go back in to the gas station to wait in the long line again to inform her that there was no key and I needed to get a truck ASAP because my moving help was waiting at my house by this time. The employee then went out with me to look and lit a cigarette and was smoking in the truck as she was searching for the key. She ended up letting me use the other truck that was there and just writing the mileage and gas info on a piece of paper for me. And thank goodness she did because I have asthma and couldn't sit in the "keyless" truck after she had been smoking in it. Dropping the truck off was excellent and easy, however, picking it up was not only chaotic but also unprofessional.

We went there and the guy behind the counter was not helpful at all and at times was rude. He didn't have the truck ready and it was covered in snow and ice and we had to scrape it off and warm it up. When we returned the truck their computer was still down from the morning and we stood there for a long time waiting for some kind of receipt. A very unprofessional place. Would not ever get a U-Haul from there. We rented a few weeks ago from the downtown location and the people there were fantastic.

Nothing like paying for blankets that were not in stock in fact we moved with no blanket, and not getting some kind of refund after returning the vehicle 17 hrs before I needed to with only putting 7 miles on it . I would rather pay someone to move us next time very very disappointed I have used your service before and refuse to use again! And I will not recommend this service. And I want a refund on blankets not used or I will be filing fraudulent charged on my card

The windshield was cracked when I picked up the truck - it should have been repaired. Also, the truck was not fully fueled; therefore, when I returned the truck, I had to estimate how much fuel I had used, rather than just fill the tank. I ended up putting in more fuel than I had used.

I requested a different location and ordered with plenty of time to make it happen. The truck drove poorly with a load in it. I had a very bad experience taking it cross country. Next time I'm doing Penske.

Clean the equipment including the side mirrors of the uhaul and inside. The location is too busy to assist both the customers getting gas and uhaul rentals. They should at least have two people working at the register.

There was only one person working while I picked up the trailer, and he had a very busy store, so had to juggle a lot of customers with processing my rental. He was very pleasant and professional. It would have been nice if another person could have been there to assist.

There were some issues with communication between the mobile device pickup and the locations records. Took an hour to pick up the truck which quite defeats the purpose in my eyes. Otherwise I will be back in the near future for another rental

The employee was extremely helpful and friendly. Unrelated to this location, I received a confirmation AND guarantee that the trailer I reserved would be available for pickup (at another location). I received a call while I was enroute - from a town 25 minutes away) - that there was no trailer available. The confirmation and guarantee is meaningless and I found myself scrambling to locate another trailer as the original site offered no help. I doubt I will rely on UHaul ever again.

It was very busy and we kept having to wait for the gas station customers because our transaction took longer. It would be helpful if there was a separate area or personnel to work with the u-haul customers.

Truck was not clean miles were not correct but I did not check that till I got home so I mentioned it guy was a little rude I told him my bad cause I did not compare paperwork to actual miles so I ate the cost of extra 10 miles I didn't really drive

After a bad experience with online reservations wanting me to pick up a rental trailer 55 miles from where I was staying and 25 miles from the town I requested it be in I had a great experience dealing with the local store of my choosing in person.
