The guys at the shop were great - helped me get in to the truck when I couldn't reach uhaul for over an hour. The truck was nearly empty which was a pain, and the inside smelled like cat pee. My experience with uhaul itself (not the depot) was horrible. I would like a representative to contact me asap to discuss it.
