I didn't realize that my reservation automatically cancelled if I wasn't at the location within an hour of the appointment. I appreciated that the staff person called me to re-confirm my reservation so that I didn't lose it.

ISABELLA LThe only thing that was a bit frustrating that I wasn't really happy about was the fact that I was charged for an extra day when I returned the U-Haul 45 min late due to a major traffic accident and there was no other reservation waiting for the truck. The guy working the desk tried to change it so that I wouldn't be charged, but the computer didn't allow him that flexibility

Denzel LI have used Uhaul for years and this is the first time I have had to go to multiple locations to get a truck I rented a week in advanced and then had to go to a separate location for a dolly. Definitely has changed my view on Uhaul.

DAVID FDon't change anything! While the equipment was/has been well used, it performed as needed with no issues. The folks at Mile High Wash Services were awesome...friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and didn't try to tack on charges we didn't want. This was our second time renting from Mile High and would most definitely use them again!

Alexandria RI was called asking if I was gonna be able to return the truck early even though I had it reserved for two more days. I was called and asked if I could bring it back earlier. I unloaded earlier then planned to return it the same day as the call. Was told I couldn’t be compensated the two unused days I already had it reserved . I won’t be going to this U-Haul in the future.
