They saying I had no reservation, then we had ask for a dolly, they didn't have one, smelled so much like weed that you felt like you were going to get a contact, we had to sweep it out before we could use it and the brakes needed checked because the brake pedal went almost to the floor before it would start slowing down. Very disappointed
CHARLOTTE LVery easy to rent. The staff was very kind. U-Haul vehicle was very clean. Overall good experience.

William MI was told by phone that the truck was in Pueblo, but it was 30 miles off my route in Canon City. This greatly affected my move. I had to modify the reservation & call several times. The truck didn't have a place to plug in my ohone so I had to be unreachable to save my battery & not use GPS. The truck was 2 hours from my home.

Nahlea Nhorrible experience at this location was not given proper service had to walk a distance to get my equipment had to get both truck and tow dolly connected wasn't properly checked just took a picture and waled away. truck inside and out was dirty not cleaned off in any way roof inside of truck looks like blood splats and we were told that's a rental! Was charged about $400 more that what my reservation was for didn't even let us know what out total charge was only told us to sign and where we'd find our equipment did let the lady's know when she walked out to take a picture how it was pretty hard and heavy to load and was told theyve never helped with connecting trucks they onlly check thats connetinon and talk a picture. I do have video from proof and pictures on truck being dirty at pick up.
Melissa CNeed to make sure all systems are in working order. The tire monitor system needed to be recalibrated. Light was on constantly and could not be turned off.

Ron CMake sure what the customer orders is on the truck. Especially when the truck is being picked up with the app on a day they were closed. If not available notify the customer in advance instead of blaming it on Uhaul.

LARRY HI requested a 20' truck. I was told there wasn't one available so I went with 15'. I found the truck and used it, but I was charged for the 20' truck.

Joshua BJust make sire the equipment is clean. Also the door to the trailer I guess didn't seal very well as I had sand all over my things when I got to my destination.
COLE MWhen someone rents a something for a day but brings it back an hour and a half later because they can't use it due to unforseen issues beyond their control, it might be a good idea to give at least a partial refund if not a full one.

Jayne CI did not receive the moving supplies that I reserved. I had no choice but to move my furniture without moving blankets.
Leann TElectric on trailer didn't work, was told to spray cleaner on connect plug, they were not helpful and I left and tried to fix it drove it 884 miles and turned it in and told agency to fix it as brake and turn didn't work ! My Jeep turn signal is now broken. Please make sure your brake and turn signals light works

Preston MI have never been treated in all my years of business with U-Haul and I have used your services many times. I was treated and felt absolutely like a criminal and my adult son felt the same way. I was informed by the agent, Randi Crompton, a young lady, that it was the of all U-Haul locations to treat their customers the way we were treated. Crompton said it was because U-Haul was experiencing a high amount of theft and all locations were forced to conduct business the way she did. We were photographed with her personal cell phone, my personal ID was photographed and captured on her personal cell phone and she insisted in calling both my cell phone number and my son's cell phone numbers to prove that we were not creating fraud with U-Haul and giving false information. Both my son and myself felt like we were being treated as criminals. I have since verified that Crompton's conduct with customers is not typical of other U-Haul location because I called and asked them. I will never do business with this U-Haul store again and I expect to have an answer from the corporate office regarding this disappointing customer service experience. I would advise other customers to steer clear of this location. Terrance. Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Lee BThe local service did a great job. However, I had reserved a 26' truck and was given a 20'. When I addressed the issue with customer support I was told someone had called earlier to let me know. The message I have recorded from Amanda makes no mention of the change. I had to rent the truck anyway because I was in a tough spot. The person, Linda, at customer support told me she would leave a message with the local pick up. They weren't even there because it was a weekend. This is not on ENXX gas this is on Uhaul and your system. Your customer support could use an overhaul as well. Won't be using uhaul in the future.
RANDY SCustomer service was good, but the man who hooked trailer to the truck, did not explain anything just hooked up trailer and walked away, when we loaded vehicle on trailer one tire on trailer was almost flat, tire had to be plugged due to a screw found in tire.
